Dr. Yoonas helped me out of pretty serious depression. You have to do the work, but he’s a great person to help you make a plan to do that as well as being kind and funny. I can’t recommend him more highly if you’re even considering talking to someone!

We talked for about an hour and a half and he really listened and had a lot of insight for me. He got me started on a plan I feel will really benefit me, a step I wish I had taken years ago.
