This is definitely a magic carpet ride. I have worked with Fahim for 10 years and everytime I bring a rug to a client — sold. The customer service here is top notch. I go in pick a few rugs for my clients, Fahim delivers, they pick, they pay, Fahim picks up and done. It does not get better than that. They are flexible, knowledgeable, honest, and works with my picky clients.

The owner was very knowledgeable while helping my wife select the right piece for our living room. He allowed us to take three of his rugs home to see what would best fit the dynamics of the room. When we finally decided to purchase our kazak rug he came to our house again to properly install the rug with padding to make sure the rug would not slide around. All in all it was very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back here for any other rug related issues I may have in the future.

Dropped by the shop to ask if a few rugs that were chewed up by my dogs could be repaired. The owner Fahim was able to come to my house that same day and gave me a good quote for the repairs and cleanings. He picked up and dropped off the rugs a week later at my house at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend these guys for rug cleaning or repairs.

First things first, the selection was phenomenal. It like opening up Netflix and being spoilt for choice. The rugs were fantastic and I walked in expecting to not even buy a rug and I ended up leaving with 2. Their customer service style was very straightforward and they handled my specifications very well, and had read my preference with precision. They did not waste my time at all and only showed me the rugs I was looking for.
The rugs overall were a bit on the expensive side, but you really do get what you pay for. Definitely will recommend this to family and friends and looking forward to buying some more in the future.
