Grant Park Center

Big park, very green, tons of grass and those beautiful trees, especially now during Fall time with the leaves ranging from pale yellow to plumply red. I visited because there was some French pre-​Christmas sale event and could see that many families in Los Altos are French and I could hear everybody speaking in French. It sounds like the perfect park for a very nice community. I liked a lot the surrounding houses and the way everything was organized. I would love to live there and definitively I will be at this park frequently. Both child and adult oriented.

Great park in Los altos, I come once every 2 weeks. During the year, there’s a French preschool. Summer time, it’s school kids gone wild, while teenagers are supervising. Alot of nannies bring small kids here, the sand feature has water every 25 min.
Overall, a nice neighborly park.

This is a cute park nestled in a Los Altos neighborhood. While my son does soccer clinics, the updated playground and water area provides a fun place to play for my daughter.

Cute little park in a Los Altos residential neighborhood. One full basketball court that is rarely used, lots of lawn space to lounge or run your dog. Small parking lot but it seems most people are from the neighborhood and walk here. Friendly people and clean surroundings make this park a great place for a stroll.
If you’re looking to host a picnic, play football/​baseball, this might be a bit small for your needs but a perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing evening walk with your pet or little one.

Grant Park has updated their playground equipment since our last visit! The playground also has a new configuration. It’s great! I really appreciate the obivous thought that was put into all of the improvements. The new equipment appeals to a wide age range of abilities. Brand new additions that weren’t present in the old playground at all, include a rock climbing area and a water/​sand play area. Nicely done Los Altos, my kids give you high praise and approval ratings!
