Max helped me with my lawn. He gave me so many ideas to help. All I did was send him a few pictures. I will definitely call him again for advice!

I’ve known Max for many years but had never used his service. My lawn was looking ok, but not as nice as my neighbors lawn. I happened to pick up one of his flyers. I found it very informative, so I thought I ‘d give it a try. Lo and behold, my lawn has never looked better. My neighbors have actually commented on how great my lawn was looking. Thanks Max

I’ve been using them to aerate my lawn for many years. I agree with the previous reviewer that it is a very strange business model. I can’t imagine how he got this all together. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because the price can vary from year to year. I hope they will see my green lawn from space because right now, before the aeration, they are definitely looking at a black hole.

I must admit this is one of the most strange business models where a guy named «Max» in New Mexico has people working all over the states providing lawn care service!
The previous owner of the house must have contracted with him as my current «gardener» does not exhibit any knowledge or sense about horticulture or an arborist at all, just «mow, blow and go.»
Here in the Bay Area we have very thin topsoil and unless you are willing to have it trucked in and spread around, you will no doubt be captive to the thin clay below the topsoil.
As a result you have most of the water for the lawn run off the top of the lawn and not be absorbed into the soil. This was the case of my lawn and it needed aeration really bad.
I had bugged the «gardeners» but they gave me the run around by listing the cost of rental of the machinery and how much more it would cost and then there is the problem of them destroying another sprinkler head or two.
Enter Fairway Lawn care with an offer to do the aeration and fertilize for a little over half the price my «gardeners» are more than willing to charge me!
The guy came on the day he said and they had me water the lawns so the aeration would go smoothly.
No sprinkler heads were damaged in the process.
Lawn came back to life as a result!
I am sure the International Space Station can now see my green lawn!
