I was very pleased with the service we got from Energy Wise. I’ve already recommended this company to friends and neighbors. I felt that the service person was very knowledgable and did a great job. We were way behind schedule in getting our dryer and the vent cleaned and now things are running so smoothly. I’ll call them again for more appliance maintenance.

We have used the Energy Wise several times for appliance tune-up. Bob Lee is very knowledgeable and gives professional service. Overall I have been quite satisfied with the service. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is the cost of the service. I think the charges are high considering the labor involved, and will probably opt for reduced &/or less frequent service in the future. I suggest you get an estimate of costs before proceeding with the work. Otherwise, I highly recommend Energy Wise.

I was really concerned about my dryer not drying as well as it used to. I found Energy Wise on Unilocal,called them and he was able to fit me in the same day. I am so impressed with this company and Bob Lee. Everything was so full of lint, it’s amazing I got anything dried at all, and I do clean out the trap on top after every load. He explained what he was going to do and the price beforehand. I told him I didn’t want to get in his way, but I did want to clean everything behind, under, etc the dryer. He said, oh no he would take care of all that. And he did, my garage was much cleaner after he left.

Bob runs a great business. He and partner Gary are organized, knowlegdeable, efficient, friendly and reliable.
It’s really great this day and age when you can count on someone, and these guys, you can. They’re extremely dependable and provide an excellent and fantastic service. Couldn’t say enough about them.
Definitely recommend for all filter, vent and appliance cleaning needs.
