Clark Pest Control

Terrible. They promise but can not deliver. I have been a customer since 2008 (with a year or so break in between), their guarantee was to come as often as needed. I am on the quarterly plan. In the last year, I’ve had major spider infestation. Clark’s only came once every quarter. I had to call them multiple times during the quarterly timeframe because it seemed like the treatments did nothing. A supervisor came by last week to inform me (in these exact words) «it is not worth it for Clark’s to keep you as a client because you’ve called too many times during your quarterly cycle». I was offended! He was also very rude about it but just brushed it and thought I’d called and talked to upper management instead. I called today to speak with management and for a service request because I’m having a new pest issue and they told me my account has been cancelled!!! No notice. Absolutely ridiculous.
