Cathy Nguyen is an awesome agent, very friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. Whenever I had a question or request, she responded within the hour. Thanks Cathy for your great service!

I have been with Cathy since I was 16 and could drive. The staff in the office is very friendly and will explain and guide you through all paperwork. They make the policy very understandable. I had an car accident and Cathy guided me through the whole process which made it stress free. As for price, ask for student discount if you have over a 3.0 gpa.

I’ve been with Cathy for a little over a year and I am so happy I’ve had the opportunity to do business with her. When I purchased my first car, she was very helpful through the entire process and was able to explain to me all my paper work, since insurance is a foreign language to me.
What I love about Cathy is her exuberant personality. I love dropping off my monthly check for my insurance payment to sit down with her and chit chat. She truly cares about her clients and she remembers each and every person– you are not treated like you are a number or commission. She is very professional. Her assistant is also very personable and the two compliment one another to have a success business.
As for the other post that was so negative, I wanted to inform you, her sign informs you that she is available by appointment only on Saturdays.

Specifically came to this Allstate office owned by Cathy Nguyen since their website said they’d be open on Sat morning. If your website says you are open and so does the info on your office window, you better be open during those promised times. Showed up there — ghost town.
Bottom line: Lame. Update your freakin website.
