I was originally a customers of Sangsoone Cleaners in Garden Grove but I heard that the owner had expanded to Los Alamitos which was closer to my house, so I decided to give it a try. I have trusted my clothes such as dry cleaning and alterations to her for many years now. Although they do not have one day services anymore, they still are very timely and were able to work with my time frame that I needed them by. The quality of the service is very good and the workers are very friendly. I would definitely come again and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for alterations and dry cleaning.

I heard that this place didnt do well so I used to go to the other cleaners near by
but I recently heard there was change in ownership so I decided to give it a try
when I went in, the guy attended me right away (i think he was the owner) and he was really friendly. When I asked for the price, he clarified the price of each clothes.

The customer service and quality of dry cleaning in this establishment is appalling! The lady that was there was on her cell phone and didn’t even take a moment to greet me. When i asked for the price she just smiled and said «good price». Her demeanor was rude and not friendly. I brought in 2 pants for my husband and a comforter, the pants came back discolored and in worse condition than when i gave it to her. I would recommend even if this place is convenient for you. I would drive just down the way to another dry cleaner. HORRIBLE SERVICE! If i could give 0 stars i would!

Meh. I’ve experienced better. Little Asian lady was on chatting on her cell-​phone while I was waiting at the front desk for service. (Not a big deal, maybe you’re on an important call.) I took in two 3-​piece suits. Took about 2 – 3 days to do (I’m in no rush) and were $ 5 a piece making my total $ 30+tax.
I didn’t notice til I wore one of the trousers a small stain near the leg seam. I don’t ever remember seeing that there and this was fresh out of the plastic. $ 5 for a pair of trousers, I would’ve expected better.
When I lived in LaHabra, there was a dry-​cleaners that did my suits for $ 3 a piece and did a decent job, leaving to me to believe that there’s better out there than this place.
On-​ward with the search!
