They killed the grass in my backyard and can’t figure out how to grow it back. It’s been months!!! Agree. office staff not very courteous.

So I happened to notice that a representative from Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape indicated that she tried to reach out to me, yet I did not respond. I’m wondering how exactly that attempt was made, because #1, she certainly can’t determine my identity from my Unilocal user account name, and #2, I have NO messages in my Unilocal inbox(and I’m sure Unilocal can attest to that), so how then did this concerned customer service savior reach out to me — osmosis, perhaps? At the end of the day, Unilocal and similar services are created so that consumers have a place to voice their experiences with companies. Yes, I have 5 negative reviews, but I’d rather tell the truth about 5 companies and save another consumer some frustration, time and money than write 25 reviews just because they are positive. Great companies don’t waste time and money, bad companies, however, do. Tell the truth, Kingstowne Lawn.

I’ve had Kingstowne Lawn for 4 yrs now and they’re wonderful. Our lawn has never looked better or been healthier. I’ve always had excellent response from customer service.

I agree. I too got the runaround and not only did the take pictures, give a bid, get my commitment and take my credit card info and schedule, I not very considerate person called and said they are not interest in doing my property. I wasted 5 days. Not even a apology that they made a mistake. Take your business to someone who appreciates it. Not here
