I recently cracked my high end laptop screen and needed to get it fixed ASAP Thala and Shakeel helped me get the best deal on repair, although the screen they ordered initially wasn’t compatible they recommended me to just call dell instead since it would most likely be able to save more money this way. I appreciate the integrity and honesty this place upholds.

I had two older internal hard drives and needed to recover the data. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. What more can you ask? I will sure return when I need tech assist. Price was a bit high, but overall, a good deal.

I brought in my iPhone with a cracked screen and they were able to fix it within a hour. The screen was fixed but the touch aspect of it was not functioning properly. I came back to their store the next day and the technician was more than willing to help fix the problem. The technician was very friendly, provided great service and I went home that afternoon with no problems with my phone.
I would definitely go back to their store in the future!

I love this place! I had two laptops diagnosed, updated and new virus protection put on two, laptops at the same time, and bought a Mac desk top from them, he worked a great deal. My daughter is happy, working both of them at the same time. No complaints what so ever! She just started her own business and she need a home office set up and this Gem of a store was just what we needed for our budget! I’m thankful I found them! I will see them first before I shop elsewhere ! Their customer service is exceptional!

Great option for laptop repair! They were very willing to work with me and explain every issue my laptop had. Since the entire hard drive had to be replaced, they were also very willing to sell bundle packages which brought the price down. The only issue I had was concerning the music on my old hard drive; they didn’t transfer any of it over to my new hard drive even though I asked specifically for the songs to be saved when I dropped my laptop off. But, they did tell me to come back to them with the old hard drive and laptop if I found I had any files missing. Good customer service!
EDIT: They were able to salvage ALL of my music from my failing hard drive! They were very efficient and very friendly with every single encounter.

This review is overdue. I’ve used Geeks and Wireless two times for hardware parts. I brought my laptop to Geeks and Wireless to have a new keyboard installed. The technician was very efficient in diagnosing the issue and ordering the parts. As soon as the part was received, the technician promptly installed my parts and called me to retrieve my computer. My only downtime was waiting for the parts. The technician was friendly and I felt confident that he was able to resolve my issue.

— I brought my laptop in to have the bezel screen replaced. So far, I’m very happy with the repair.
— I liked the people who worked there. They were very friendly and answered my questions patiently.
— Location is convenient. Parking is easy.
Minus 1 star because:
— There was slight damage to my laptop when I picked it up.
— I had to call them to follow-​up on the status of my repair a couple of times. I’m still waiting for a phone call about the minor damage.
— Cost of labor was expensive. Their reason was that I had an Apple product…
*** I highly suggest you take a photo of your item (at the store) to make sure it is in the same physical condition when you pick it up as it was in when you dropped it off. I don’t think they’re negligent, I’m just suggesting you do this for your peace of mind afterwards.

I brought my laptop in on Saturday morning and the staff was friendly and helped give me a time frame of when I would get it back. They said it would take 24 hours to give me a diagnosis and price but they called me in a couple hours the same day with everything. I would recommend them to everyone! Also, they were fairly inexpensive.

I brought my laptop in a couple of days ago to Geeks &Wireless because I had a virus. I was pleased they helped me quickly and efficiently. As soon as I gave them the go ahead to fix my computer they called me early the next day to tell me it was ready! A big plus is they don’t charge to diagnose a problem with your computer which I have seen can cost over fifty dollars at other computer stores. The store is small and next to the DMV on the side of the GYM and the Dollar Store. They are open six days a week and closed Sundays. The also sell new and used computers, work with laptops and desk top computers, do repairs, and upgrades.
