Scott Williams Drywall Co. Inc. & Insulation

Our attic-​mounted A/​C unit caused damage to the ceiling in our kitchen. We called Scott Williams Drywall for an estimate on texturing a wall where we had replaced paneling with drywall, fixing the drywall on the kitchen ceiling, and texturing the new drywall that they installed. They came out to give an estimate very quickly, the price was very reasonable, and the work was outstanding. You can’t even tell that the drywall on the ceiling has been replaced because they were able to perfectly match the texture of the existing ceiling. The guys who came in to do the job worked very clean and were very nice.

Update: I used them for some drywall work and have to knock them down to 3 stars. They did some texturing, and the texture looks great. Unfortunately that papered off the area by stapling into the ceiling and wall. When they pulled the paper off it removed chunks of paint and left staple holes all over the newly floated and painted ceiling. There were actually some staples still left in the ceiling and walls. I asked them to come back and fix it, and they did fix the holes. But we still had to get back up and repaint the ceiling. All in all, hiring them created more work for us. Not cool. I like the people who work for this place a lot, but after this experience I’m not totally sure I would use them again, for drywall at least.
Original Review (5 Stars): We have used these guys once to add blow-​in insulation to our attic. We were so pleased. They came out quickly to give us a quote, the prices were totally reasonable, the people were nice. When they came back they were quick, did a great job, and we feel we got even more than we paid for!
For insulation, I would highly reccomend. We liked them so much, we are now getting a quote from them to retexture our ceilings. Hopefully that goes as well.
