If I could give zero I would… Very disappointed in the after hours service of Dr Lehnowsky’s facility. My husband (senior citizen) had 2 extractions this morning and had complications upon return home. I immediately called the office and asked a few more post op questions regarding the bleeding. As my husbands symptoms progressed, I frantically called the office @1215 to find out they were closed. The answering service answering calls advised me Dr Lehnowsky would be notified. We waited and waited no call. Called again and was given the same response from the call center. Called a 3^rd time, same response from the call center that the surgeon would be notified. 5 hours later and NO CALL from the surgeon, my husbands conditions were not progressing (continuous bleeding, change in skin tone and nausea) I immediately took my husband to the ER. The issue was resolved after a 2 hour ER visit but unfortunately still never received a call from the OS office. I ask you Dr Lehnowsky… Where is your patient care after a surgery with general anesthesia? Why no response from you, a 42 year experienced surgeon? Is my husband, our insurance or patient referrals not important to you? I am appalled at the lack of service, attention, or patient care this facility claims to offer. I advise all reading this with OS needs to go elsewhere and do your research before selecting this office. My insurance company was notified and a formal GRIEVANCE will be coming your way. Expect to reimburse my husband and my insurance company for YOUR inabilities to uphold your responsibility as my husbands surgeon!

I had to get four wisdom teeth extracted. I’m 29, so this procedure is considerably less enjoyable than an extraction when you are a teenager. Maybe I was lucky, but I think it was Dr Lehnowsky’s excellent work that made my extraction rather painless. The staff handled all the insurance issues and were really helpful in answering my questions. One of the nurses was straightforward about what to expect, including saying which areas will «give me grief» a couple days later. Although she was right about one side being more sore than the other, I was back on my feet in two days. I don’t plan on being in the market for tooth extractions any time soon, but I would certainly recommend Dr Lehnowsky to anyone who is. (Review based on my experience with the Elyria office)
