Very rude and unprofessional owner. I was their first time after vacationing in Bahamas and I had a very good tan he thought that I was Mexican and discriminated against me and I’m not Latino. I was born here. Do not recommend was my first and last trip.

Despite the bad reviews we tried this place out because they were so close.
Bad move.
They really are just as bad as the reviews say.
We brought in an out of print anthro comforter that we were selling. We had to cancel the sale after getting it back because it was in such bad shape — batting was clumpy and stitching was coming undone in many places.
I have no idea what they did but it wasn’t good.
Avoid– drive somewhere else!

I’ve been going there for years out of convenience, but I just could not take it anymore. Horrible service — extremely overpriced — lost clothing — unreliable. Take the extra time and go somewhere else. I’ve found a new cleaner in town that runs circles around this place.

Terrible. Besides the frequent broken buttons, they’ve lost my clothes TWICE. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time, I saw my clothes on the rack a year after they continually insisted that my clothes had been picked up. Then they admitted that they had my order listed as not picked up, but they had lost the tags so didn’t know how to find them.
Will never go again.

Do not use this dry cleaner!!! They will lose your cloths and refuse to help. The place is a disorganized dump. If you value your clothing, do not leave it with these incompetents.

Terrible customer service
No posted prices. Clothes not ready when promised or can’t be found .
Customers gets changed without authorizing or asking for unknown need cleaning .
Long term customer that has chosen to take weekly business elsewhere .
Not very business smart.

I am very picky about dry cleaners for both the service they provide as well as the price that they charge. I must say that this dry cleaners fulfills both requirements. My clothes are always ready on time & they have accommodated my special requests to have clothes cleaned quickly.

I live in the area and use this place often because it’s the closest to my house. I’m giving them two stars because on multiple occasions (including today) they don’t have my dry cleaning ready when it’s supposed to be. As much as I travel for work that becomes a huge inconvenience for me. So if you like surprises, this is your spot. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
