Slow or no customer service… The repairs are sound but they keep their clientele under informed when it comes to the timeliness of repairs! Repair delayed due to part not arriving resulted in a time crunch for me that could have easily need avoided with a phone call telling me the part was delayed.

I’ve purchased two computers, speakers and many other things from Refresh. The prices are very reasonable compared to Comp USA or one of the other major stores.
They do an excellent job at refurbishing the computers they sell, and also offer great support for future problems and complications you might have with your product. They offer an extensive line of parts, and extra supplies you might need, and they continue to update their merchandise on a weekly basis.
The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to selecting a new computer or component for your current system.
This is a terrific local place to visit when you are in need of something new, or used.
I have been a customer here and will continue shop here for years to come.
