Panacea Salon & Day Spa

Really great stylists. Got great highlights. Saw one of the female stylists on her phone and chatting with friends during a cut. Felt a little bad for the client. Her client looked great but hopefully she can tone up the professionalism. While getting my highlights, I want to see the spa experience, since it is a day spa after all.

Had my hair done by John… color, cut and blow dry… does a Wonderful Job ALWAYS… I highly recommend Him! Also go to Ken for my nails… have gone to Him for the past 10+ years… Panacea has everything you need!

The people here really care and are some of the most experienced in their profession you will find in the USA. John Swafford rocks my hair and Craig give a deep tissue to live for.

I took a chance with this day spa after seeing a coupon for hair salon services on Groupon. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work that my stylist Kayla did. She listened to what I wanted and offered her knowledgable advice on my cut/​color — which I took and loved. She was easy going, friendly and provided excellent results, exactly what I wanted. In addition, the prices were extremely reasonable and if I find myself needing a cut and color in the Greater Orlando area — I’ll definitely go back.

Friday the 19^th was my first time visiting this spa. I had purchased a groupon a few weeks before, and had scheduled my appointment on the previous Saturday (the 11^th). As I arrived, I was greeted kindly and helped immediately. I informed them I was there to have my hair done, told them I have an appointment, and gave my name. That was when they informed me that I had not been put on the schedule somehow. I told them who I had spoken with, and within a short amount of time was told that Jess would be done shortly, and if it was okay that the appointment be thirty minutes later… I said that was fine, and it worked out because I hadn’t ate my lunch yet anyway. This place is decorated perfectly, I must say! Everything about it just feels right. The lighting, the furniture, the cleanliness. My favorite part was when Jess washed my hair. I always hate getting my hair done because of this part. Well, this time, and this way doesn’t hurt at all! It feels like you’re laying on a bed. No weird neck spasms. haha! I absolutely love this day spa. It really doesn’t get any better than this! The whole staff was so nice, and so we’re the clients. You could just tell that this place was being ran by the right owner. Speaking of, Jenya is so welcoming and engaged. I will definitely be talking about them with friends, and returning to see Jess !

This place is amazing. They have a wide range of services from massage, nails, and hair to permanent makeup, waxing, and facials. The staff is so nice and experienced. The prices are unbeatable on top of having great specials all the time. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and relaxes you the second you step foot in the door. For the price and quality… you can’t beat Panacea. I will never go anywhere else. :)
