Country Club Pet World Grooming & Boarding Kennel

We have boarded our two dog here for several years. Both dogs run up to the door happy to be there. The staff gives us a detailed account of how their stay was. We like that we can board them together and that they have a large outdoor area connected to their inside room. It is nice knowing our dogs are happy and well taken care of when we are away!

Very disappointed! We brought our Cocker Spaniel here for her first professional grooming (just over a year old.) Previously we have just had a family member groom her with clippers purchased from petssmart. We wanted a professional cut for pictures we will be taking in a few weeks. Anyways, when we picked her up everything seemed fine until we got her home and she couldn’t sit down and didn’t want to walk. She was very agitated and scooting around on the floor on her butt. It turns out that the groomer clipped her tail and all around her private parts. It is completely red and raw. We will NEVER be back. I just hope my dog was not traumatized from this horrible experience. We called and wanted a refund but all we were told is to put some Neosporin on the agitated area. Multiple resources indicate that this groomer continuously shaved her private areas too close, probably did not use a fresh clean blade, and did not provide proper care when grooming our family member. I urge all to NOT use this groomer!

I take my 3 dogs to Country Club Pet World and the staff is always very accommodating. I have 2 Anatolian Shepherds that are not always easy to handle, but our dogs love this place and the staff. They have the facilities and knowledge to house & take care of giant breed dogs. Trying to bring 3 dogs in is always difficult but they are always super helpful and make the process as easy as possible. This is the only place we take our dogs and have used them multiple times. The experience has always been pleasant. If you need dog boarding in the Longwood area this is the place I recommend.

Talked to two different people before choosing this kennel and they were both very knowledgeable and didn’t try and up-​sell me on the pricier kennel room unless my dog needed it for heat issues. Very flexible on drop-​off and pick-​up times and friendly staff who wanted to know as much as possible about Kira so they could take good care of her. And they gave her a bath and filed her nails for no additional cost. The prices are also the best in the area by less than $ 10 per night and the care was no less. Felt very comfortable with leaving Kira there for 4 nights and would recommend it to anybody in the area.

We moved to orlando about a year ago and have used this place twice… Most recently for 10 days for our two dogs. They loved it and we loved knowing they were in great hands! The dogs were bathed, and their blankets washed and they were ready to go upon our arrival. The ladies here take great care and truly love their jobs! We visited at least 10 kennels and this one definitely felt the most like «home» for our babies. Much more personalized care! Highly recommend!!!

I have left my 2 large dogs at this kennel and have always been pleases with the care they have received. They have been caring and understanding of my dogs needs and great them with nothing but love. I highly recommend this kennel and have always had courteous employees at the front desk. Definitely feel secure with taking back my furry babies to this place.

This place is great! I have taken my «baby» Samson there 3xs now and he loves it! Their level of service and attention levels are amazing AND Samson isn’t crying when I leave him there to be groomed. Their pricing is quite reasonable as well. They are saving me about $ 20+ each time compared to what I was spending at Petco! If you are looking for a groomer GO HERE!

These young women LOVE our girls /​LOVE animals.
Every time we pick them up, they tell us things about them we know to be true. We can tell they have spent significant time with them.
We have NEVER felt so comfortable leaving our girls at a kennel.
Country Club Pet World is truly a wonderful business, with very CARING employees.
And, might we recommend the Embassy Suites! (They have three levels of accommodation, and this is our favorite, perfect for our girls.)
