Yummy fun food and atmosphere!!! The wait staff was joking with us to put smiles on our faces during a late lunch

Food was ok, service was horrible. Three employees in the front of the house but only one taking care of the tables while another was wrapping silverware. Our waitress acted like she couldn’t wait to get us out of here. Really disappointing!

delicious food and dedicated staff. Everything is homemade and the peanut butter pie is sooooo good! Urban also has a new menu coming out that will be a success just like the last one! I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone! Family friendly!

Elk burger was good. Fries were good but not as hot as I would like. Taco soup was delicious. Staff was very nice. They even apologized for our wait to be seated when it wasn’t even a minute.. PnB cheese cake hits the spot!

This was the place for today’s lunch spot. Ordered the prime rib dip with fries. The sandwich was a bit smaller than I expected it to be. The fries were thin… almost shoestring type. There wasn’t anything special about the food. The server was pretty attentive since it wasn’t too busy. The inside was spacious and clean. What stood out to me was that even though the place wasn’t busy, they sat each party next to each other rather than spreading them out. Maybe it’s just me.

The food was excellent. It was burgers and fries, but elevated. The outside had me concerned that it might«feel dirty» but the interior was nice. I did not check bathroom. I was concerned other reviewers were not happy with the service but it was not crowded on a Saturday afternoon and our waitress was polite and attentive. Great casual lunch for us!

Food was great! Atmosphere was a little lacking though. The place wasn’t packed, but it was super loud. Needs more sound deadening materials. Maybe cover the walls with burlap covered sound boards? The bar area is nice, but the rest of the restaurant was lacking in the old west saloon feel I was expecting it to have.

We visited about two weeks ago. My niece asked if she could make her burger a lettuce wrap since she doesn’t eat bread. They said they couldn’t do that, so she ordered it with no bun. It came out sitting on a large piece of lettuce… huh??? My other niece ordered the bacon relish type appetizer, it was wonderful! I ordered the prime rib med rare. It was cold, and pretty flavorless. We were basically forgotten about by our waitress, who I think was also the bartender. It took us an hour and a half to get in and out. It took us over 20min to get our check and that was after someone cleared our table. My niece finally asked someone if we could have our check. I think they were overwhelmed by a couple of large groups. Cute place.

If it wasn’t for our waitress, it would have been a 1 star evening. We asked some friends to meet us there before a concert at the theater. Got there over an hour and a half early and didn’t get our food until 15 minutes after our concert started. Food was mediocre, not hot and not much for taste. Would not recommend if you have other things going on.

I’d give it four stars for the food, but the atmosphere was loud and service was kind of slow. The roasted potatoes were bland. But my cowboy burger on a GF bun was delicious and my husband likes the pork chop.

I have celiac, so I’m always on the lookout for safe places. Fryer is not dedicated and they use it for buffalo wings. They offer gluten free buns, which is awesome. I had the saloon burger minus cheese and mayo with a side salad(they don’t offer other sides until 4pm when they serve dinner). The burger was great and I felt fine afterward! The waitress was a bit cold and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Beautiful building.

All four of us enjoyed our meals. TexMex salad, prime rib dip sandwich, bbq chicken sandwich and ham and cheese sandwich. Fries and side salad was consumed with gusto. Noisy for mom and her hearing aids

Visited the area for an event and found ourselves here to dine for dinner. It was a good experience overall. Food was solid but nothing extremely remarkable about it. The venue is beautiful but a bit too open, no sound dampening which gives the saloon vibe. They needed to turn up the music to kill the cafeteria feel. Staff is friendly and alert to what is going on around them. Looks like this place has some promise.

If I could go 4.5 stars, I would with the half star being just for the service. We stopped late at night on a trip from Portland to Seattle and the people working were so kind and accommodating, even with kids in our group. The food and cocktails were simply delicious; steak cooked just right, fresh veggies as sides and very good(homemade?) soup. If I’m driving this way again I’ll definitely seek this spot out for a repeat visit.

I was hungry and wanted some quality food. It was a quiet mid Thursday afternoon and service was great. Great menu options. The salmon Caesar salad was huge but did not compromise the quality. The serving of salmon was enough for two people and the salad was fresh! Awesome experience.

Visiting Longview on business and found the restaurant on Unilocal. There were few reviews, but the were all good. We gave it a try. Had the Ribeye steak and garlic mashed with a ceased salad. The steak was tasty, but thin and over cooked. The bar has a very limited selection of alcohol and was out of the local brew. The service was good, but the food was barley adequate. The nicest thing I can say about the restaurant is that the bathroom was clean.

Had lunch here on a busy Friday afternoon. The restaurant was packed, which did not lend well to casual conversation as the acoustics are horrible. Very loud with all the chatter going on. We ordered fairly quickly. Our server was friendly and our drinks were refilled in a timely manner. It took about 30 minutes to get our food though. When you are there on your lunch hour, waiting 30 minutes to get your order is not very time efficient. I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant(except for the acoustics). We had burgers and food was good. Super skinny shoestring fries or you can request their house made chips, which are excellent. Some different options for burgers than other local eateries. Pretzel buns, ciabatta buns and garlic bread buns are unique and tasty choices. There is a western bbq burger on the menu that says it has crispy onions on it. Our group all interpreted crispy onions to mean crispy fried onion strings, but that is not the case. It is just raw onion. Was a disappointment to the gals that ordered that burger. Overall, good food and atmosphere. Worth the visit. For dessert, you can even get some of the famous local favorite — Judy’s peanut butter pie!

Had heard a lot of negative talk about this new place on Commerce, so I went to check it out. Positives: good food, great drinks except the sweet tea which I’ll mention later. I loved the lighting and the church pew seating. Servers were nice and prompt when we needed things. Had a Saloon burger and it was TASTY… with garlic rosemary fries. Now…Negatives: Its too… empty. It feels like you’re eating in a union hall. Sweet tea. For those of us who are regular drinkers of sweet tea, you don’t just add simple syrup to sweeten. They give you a mini pitcher of simple syrup to sweeten to taste. Its weird. I don’t like it. Just make the stuff and keep my glass full! Better to under sweeten than over sweeten… that’s the rule. That was my one major turn off to be honest. Lots of people when we were there around 5:30 and they were packed and lined up at the door when we left around 6:30. So, I hope they get their décor figured out and fix the tea. Just do it the good ol southern way and you can’t go wrong!
