Lowe’s Home Improvement of Longview

Seems like the employees have better things to do than to listen to the customer. I have been to this Longview location twice and both times they were very rude and put out to have to help. I usually go to the Henderson location and will be from now on or across the street to Home Depot. This stores customer service is the worst.

We have been going here a lot now that we’ve bought a new house. They are very helpful when getting all your supplies! Store is very organized and seems to always in top shape!

I don’t know how to start –just a terrible customer service, I walked in this afternoon and had the worst experience in my life with cashiers and ground hands or lobby people whatever you call it. Whenever i walked in I asked the cashier to tell me please where the wood stakes were… she completely ignored me look somewhere else and act like she didn’t hear me, I yelled at her and ask the question again and she replied I’m not death I can hear you! «I don’t know what you talking about so please find somebody that understands you», so I was like what the fuck is this bitch being serious right now? she walked away as soon as she told me that. So I went out looking for a manager, never found one I asked several employees if I could please speak to a manager apparently he was too busy or maybe there wasn’t one at all. I had to find what I was looking for my damn self whenever the cashier cashed me out or check me out fucking rude did not say how you doing how is everything or nothing just fucking miserable I have the fucking worst experience by far at this fucking place I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color or what the fuck but it was just fucking redoubtable, fucking dreadful if I could rate this awful shit zero-​fucking stars I would because it was fucking incredibly disastrous. You guys fucking suck ass for real. Maybe this fucking Donald Trump shit got them pumped up but whatever it’s bullshit if you guys are thinking or planning on buying some shit from there specially if you’re Mexican just try Home Depot or anything else but that fucking place. For whatever this is good I hope this can effect on someway that piece of shit place. Just so fucking pissed for real.

I have always received good to excellent service at this location, and Longview. Whether it be plumbing, flooring, paint, electrical, Appliances, or online ordering everyone was helpful, friendly, and gave excellent service. Sometimes the employee May not be from that department, however they do what they can to help me or find someone who can assist my needs. There were a few times I have had to wait for an extended amount of time, those times The store was extremely busy. I will continue to shop here. This location seems to have what I need at a fair price with people more than happy to help my needs. By far much better than its competitor next-​door.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a hardware store. Very rude. Lumber is organized poorly as well.

Clueless employee at customer lack-​of-​service did not place my order right, had to talk to 3 other people to get it taken care of. Had a problem in the past, figured it was just «one of those days» but no, their employees need to be better trained. Oh they are nice and polite, but it’s like talking to a wall. Management needs to get on the ball and train people before they put them out on the floor
AND after telling me it was ready I sent my husband to pick it up and of course it wasn’t ready! Thanks for not only messing up the order but then lying and saying it was ready!

Okay. For years I had loved lowes. I could walk hours just getting ideas and purchasing items. however, the past 2 years this store has really gone down hill!
1. The emploees seem rude, rushed, and act as if you are a bother. If you ask them ny questions they just point in a direction and say down there.
2. The paint department is a mess! Rude ladies and I even had paint all in my buggy for a lide not closed completely. A friend of mine even got paint poured all over her when she lifted a can of paint out of the buggy to purchase it.
3. The workers in the appliance department lie! I was in there the other day to purchase a stove and microwave. One sales lady told me they had 2 stoves but no microwaves and I would have to order it. she tried finding the stove but came back and said she couldn’t find any… so I walked away and went across the street to Home Depot. They didn’t carry the type I wanted so I went back to lowes just to Order the stove and microwave and have it delivered at another time… However, this time there was a different associate. and he informed me they had 7 microwaves and 3 stoves in the back… needless to say he never found the stove either but I didn manage to get my microwave, it’s like pulling teeth in that store to spend money!
If the staff were friendlier, more helpful etc I know I would spend a lot more time and money!!!

We buy lots if plants here. They are always healthy and last through the seasons. Our shrubs and trees came from here as well. We bought a print last week of Café Du Monde. Great find! Their only negative is the paint department. We tried several times to purchase the samples to try before we buy. There always seems to be a problem with the sample base or color we want. Usually it is unavailable.
