The Hidden Treasure

After a year of living in the Boulder area, I have finally found my favorite craft spot! The prices are unbeatable, the selection is amazing, and even better — you’re supporting a great mother-​daughter team who just purchased and reorganized the store this year AND fellow crafters who, as they say… overstocked.
Most things in the store are placed there on consignment, so there are knitters letting go of a sock yarn hoarding habit, fabric of all kinds, embroidery thread, beads, etc, etc, etc! There’s also a great front section of crafts from local artists and a really great, bright, inspiring lesson space.
In spite of the hoarder in me wanting to keep this place all to myself, I’m telling you about this because…
1. That dude Josh who spoke about how rude the owners are parked his car in a reserved spot and didn’t come in the store so he was asked to move (I mentioned the review to the very nice, very cool, very respectful and helpful owner and that’s what she said). I say that Josh should get some crochet in his life or something to relieve whatever’s stressing him out.
2. This place is so great that it’d be bad craft karma not to share.

4. This is a really cool space that deserves much more love from any crafter who gets out to Longmont… or who make a special trip, as I will be doing on some glorious day in the future!
