Sears what is wrong with you? This store is tiny. Tiny. And the employees seemed either uninterested or clueless in helping us buy the tools we were looking for. Didn’t suggest looking them up online at or willing to tell us where the nearest«real» Sears store was. Which is in greely kind of far away and in a somewhat sad mall. So fine we’ll go spend our money with snap on and don’t cry when you put yourself out of business

I didn’t have the experience Christian B. spoke of. Not even close. I believe this store is under new management now. I went in to buy a lawn mower and there were three employees working. One of them was busy with a customer, another was Shannon, the manager, and the third was a new employee in training. The new employee, Pam, was very kind and offered her help despite being what I imagine was her first day on the job. Shannon came over to help Pam through the checkout process. Both women were great to work with, and Shannon was beyond amazingly helpful. This store is now officially my store of choice for tools and appliances.

As a do it yourself kinda person I like to fix and build things, but to do that you need tools. I went to this store and was looking in the tool department. This department is right by the front registers. There was what looked like three employees just standing around talking to each other or on their cell phones. Not one of them came over to see if I needed help. Not even looked in my direction. Very poor customer service. I won’t be going to this store anytime soon or at all again.
