This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in! I was attacked 2 times, while trying to enter my apartment by tenant dogs. People did not pick up after their dogs and they let any breed of dog into the lease. They do not have any sound proof wall on the ceiling/and or floors so you can hear any and everything from the people above or below you. When you tell the apartment manager or another employee, they do NOTHING about it. So you just end up putting up with it and getting no sleep. The street people knock on your doors begging for weed and things, including packages stolen from your patio. Packages are also stolen from your door in the hallway. Again, if mentioned to the office, they disregard and do not care and will do anything about it. In the winter when there is ice all over the sidewalks, they do not put sand or anything on the ice so when you go out the door, you are at your own risk. I could go on and on about even more issues but I think you get my point.

Moved in in February from California. Had never experienced snow! I was living in a basement at a friends house and couldn’t stand the cold anymore, so I came to Roosevelt Park hoping they had a 1 bedroom for me to move into. They did, but it wouldn’t be available for another week or two. Once the resident had moved out, the manager Codi was able to let me move in sooner than expected and I was SO happy to have my own place. Beautiful building, right in downtown, awesome pool, maintenance staff is super friendly and always quick to fix things. And I love having two restaurants in the building. Two thumbs up!
