We had our sewer line backup due to some settling where two pipes weren’t lining up correctly anymore. We got quotes from a variety of places — most were $ 4500 to $ 5500. Nixcavating came out, looked at the area, told us what would happen to surrounding trees, shrubs, etc and bid out ~$ 2300, including the permit.
When the day for service came, they showed up on time, did what they said they would do, got the town inspection passed, educated me on what the builder did, what the builder should have done and what would have happened if we wouldn’t have fixed it now. They restored the area much better than what I was expecting, even relaying landscaping tarp that they had to cut out.
I would use them again in a hearbeat.

We have a very limited access to our backyard, when a fire destroyed the garage Nixcavating came in to demo the garage and remove the concrete slab. They expertly maneuvered several large vehicles on the narrow drive to get the structure demoed with no damage to the drive, fence, or landscaping. The heavy equipment operators were impressive at getting the structure and slab completely down with limited access!
