I ordered a badge case from them. After 4 calls and 2 months later there is no record of me doing business with them. They aren’t bad for things they have in stock but I wouldn’t trust them with a special order or back order.

Don’t go here if you need something immediately, like many of us in fire and law do. Their website indicates that they have items available but when I went there for a simple helmet light I was told that I have to order it. I needed it the same day. Even though I knew that it is significantly cheaper elsewhere online I still went to their store because I couldn’t wait for one to get shipped. Most places will indicate on their website when something is not in stock. I drove 40 miles but should have been more cautious when I noticed that they don’t even post images for a large part of their inventory. Not a professionally run place. If you want to go there for something that you need right away make sure to call ahead and not trust the website. If you have time then try it on there and order it online, it will be much cheaper. I thought that a store trying to support public safety would be more on the ball to not waste time and also be cheaper.
