Hillcrest Glass

I’ve used Hillcrest Glass twice with rave reviews! With the remodel of my bathroom, I purchased a new glass shower door and most recently I had a window replaced with a broken seal. Both were done professionally and timely. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Hillcrest Glass! They did the job we needed within a day, the price was great and their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond.

I just got off the phone with this company, asking for a quote on about the easiest thing you can do: a 30″ round piece of glass for a table top. The guy answering the phone was rude and asked me questions that had no bearing on anything (trying to be intimidating rather than helpful). I have over 25 years experience selling glass to commerical and residential clients, so I have a pretty good idea what to ask for and what’s a ballpark price. This guy quoted me a price that was over two times what it should have been, then told me there was no way for me to pick it up, because they are remodeling and don’t have any way to have glass picked up. which of course, makes no sense at all, if they are doing business at all. this is not the first bad experience I have had with bad customer service here, so it was time to write a review. My advice: go somewhere else.
