Wow… I had a very different experience than the other reviewer. I felt comfortable at my root canal appt… I was in SO MUCH PAIN and Dr. Jones took care of it swiftly. He told me exactly what to expect and he was right at every turn. I had to go back for the second part of the tooth procedure (packing it with temp material) and he was again very prompt and got me in and out quickly. He advised that the novocaine would wear off within 30 – 40 min and he was absolutely right. He pinpointed the issue in my teeth quickly too, when my regular dentist could not tell what was going on. I highly recommend this endodontist!
The only thing that was hard was the upfront payment… that is alot of $$ and when you are in pain, you will do next to anything to get «cured…» Also, a small banality, but the country music was difficult to listen to, lol. But, that is just petty stuff. Dr. Jones was great.

I feel bad that others had a poor experience here, but I thought it was important to share what a great experience I had at the Endodontics of the Rockies. Dr. Jones was very professional and performed a very thorough examination before fully explaining all of my options and answering all of my questions. I’m so glad I did not get scared off by some of the poor reviews as I had a great experience with their office at every step of the way. From scheduling me the next day and making time to perform my root canal even though I had only been scheduled for a consultation, they really helped make the best of a bad situation. I just had my first pain-​free cold drink in months and would recommend them to anyone else having similar problems!

I had my first root canal and have heard all of the horror stories that go with it. Dr. Laura Milroy did my procedure. I was prepared for intense pain for a couple of days and missing some work. My supervisor even thought I’d be taking an extra day off! Now, that it’s over, I don’t know what all the talk was about. I never felt any discomfort during the 45 minutes procedure, nor was there ANY pain at ANY time, during or after. My jaw wasn’t even sore, ever! Actually, my root canal had less discomfort than getting a filling for a cavity. I’m thinking it’s mostly because of Dr. Milroy and her skill and concern for doing it perfectly and insuring I was fine throughout the entire process. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Milroy if you don’t like pain.

My visit here was a consult from my dentist to check out a slowly healing filling. The doctor I saw was easily the worst medical professional I’ve encountered. He wanted to give me a root canal no matter what. He became aggressive and condescending when I asked questions about treatment. According to him, «You can get the root canal or lose the tooth and don’t call me on the weekend because you’re in pain. I don’t work on the weekend.» I declined his services and the tooth is fine.
