I love this salon. I used to jump to a new salon every single time it was time to get my hair done. Since I moved to the iron horse apartments, I can now walk here easily across the street. The salon is very clean, always smells good, and I also love the lighting. They have a huge selection of great products. Not one time have I had a bad experience here. Once my hair didn’t hold a color, but they redid it free of charge and stayed in touch with me to get me back in there. They made it work with my schedule! All of these fabulous ladies are super sweet and funny. And did I mention they all have style too :) if I had to pick, my favorite would probably be Tisha. She is super gentle and funny! I love that they are open late, and they even have wine if you wanna relax :) stop in here as soon as you can! You won’t regret it!

My hair is still a hot mess from the terrible cut. I asked for a trim. Told her I was growing it back since enduring chemo.
3 mos later I’m still mad when I look in the mirror because it was THAT bad.

Tisha does better cut and color than I’ve seen in many moons. I get compliments from the ‘young’ girls all the time (I’m in my 40’s) — they all ask who did my hair (it’s balyaged with a sharp angled cut). I would recommend ciaobella and Tisha HIGHLY.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience Ive had ever. Kristy ruined my hair and it will be almost 2 years before Im back where I started. She put bleach on my already bleached highlights, which left my hair broken, shredded and uneven. This is a color basics DONT, I’ve been dealing with frizzy damaged hair that was left a pale lemon color all over. Terrible experience, from someone they call their color specialist! Try another salon!

Went to Ciao Bella for the first time last night. It is a upbeat, modern, clean and friendly salon. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Angela. She did a great job coloring my hair with a massive amount of foils to get the three-​color blend just right. I am so pleased. I’ve been going to Angela for quite some time now, but this was my first experience at this new salon and it rocks… and of course, so does Angela. ;)

Bad haircut-​brutal stylist. I ended up with an uneven haircut-​very choppy after a brutal shampoo session with some acrylic nails scraping my scalp. I spent a fair bit of time trying to communicate what I wanted and felt as if the stylist (Donna I believe) was annoyed with me and I paid the price during the shampoo. Very rough treatment, lots of water spraying in my eyes. Never coming back.

I have been going to Lucy at CiaoBella for over a year now. She’s the best! She’s cut and colored my hair many times and even styled it for a special occasion. She always listens when I tell her what I’m thinking and gives her input honestly.
The salon is always very clean and the ladies are friendly. The prices are competitive and I’m always happy when I leave! I recently moved to Fort Collins from Longmont and I still drive 40 minutes to see Lucy, just much less often :)

I actually have very coarse curly hair, and Dawna Marie has been doing my hair for 5 yrs. She has never taken too much off, and always consults before she does anything, and always tell me to communicate with her beacuse she is so easy going. I love coming and getting my hair done by her at Ciao Bella very peaceful and a great experience!

Moving from Gilbert, Arizona I was unsure of what I would find in Longmont. I am very impressed. The salon was bright and clean. The receptionist took my name and offered me refreshments. Wonderful.
Lucy cut my hair. She is super sweet and wow can she cut hair. I got quite a bit cut off.
So happy that I found this salon on the first try!
