Kassandra Bebo is the best! We had some problems with our first order due to lack of materials, which was in NO WAY her fault, and she stepped right up to immediately solve the problem — we had our cellular shades within a week! When we were ready to order for the remainder of our new home, we called her because we had all the confidence that she is the lady to get things done! She is fun to work with, and really knows her product! Again, within a very short time frame, our additional shades arrived. The installer, Sean (Shawn) (sp) was extremely polite, well mannered, and professional as he made quick work of the installation, and removed every scrap of packing materials when finished. We would definitely recommend Budget Blinds, and especially Kassandra who truly shows how much she cares, which is a very rare trait to find in customer care these days.
