Used a Groupon for 2 drinks and a pizza on Saturday night before a movie across the street. We also got a salad. The Service was great, even though it was super busy(only 10 minute wait for 2) the food was as expected, just like any unos. And it was reasonable clean for the crowd. All in all a good experience.

1.5 hours ago(double the quoted time) I ordered delivery and it still isn’t here. I called and I was curtly told it’s on its way– no apology. I don’t live that far. Not the first time this has happened.

Service and food was awesome! Our server, Nervin and the manager, Heath was very professional, kind, friendly and attentive! We will definitely be back for the wonderful dining experience. Our kids love the food and we look forward to having Nervin serving us again. Thank you very much!

Total suburban staple. Had never been to one but someone invited me & insisted on going. My pizza was more burned than I liked but I will say this is the place to go if you’re looking for greasy food that will leave you full. I’m annoyed they didn’t have the dessert I wanted(the chocolate cake is apparently very popular here) but the one I had was decent & humongous – at least if you’re a 0⁄2 dress size. Food came out pretty quickly and the service was just fine. No complaints here but I’m not sure I’d come back since I do live in the city with some of the best pizza in America & there are more exotic desserts in other places.

The service was good. Went for my nieces birthday party The other day. Staff was on point and attentive. Ordered a salad and a margarita. The drink was good and liked that they bring you the mixer cup. Pretty cool!. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a UNOs. Not a big fan but this one was good. It’s much better than Applebee’s.

Make your own Deep Dish… My Fav? Hamburger, Artichoke and mushroom! Delicious! Great service and both pizzas and burgers are spot on! You can also do a dinner and movie and get tickets to Regal across the street at a cheaper price with each meal purchase.

Came here on Easter Sunday for brunch and their movie tickets. If you eat here, you can get discounted Regal movie tickets for $ 8 each. I heard this Uno is usually pretty good, but I guess as it was Easter Sunday and they got a birthday party and another big table going on, I didn’t get the service I wanted. We had a party of 5, but we never got an extra set of silverware. When we all ordered water to drink, we got four. I ordered the goat cheese walnut salad with the dressing on the side. The waiter repeated my order but gave me a salad with the dressing on it. But he was very polite when I sent the salad back and he made me a new one right away. I think the food was fair. It’s a chain restaurant. Can’t expect much. Presentation was nice though. Overall, the food was fair. Service was meh. I mean our waiter was nice, but he just didn’t take care of us well. Also, Uno is getting more and lore expensive. I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I might just pay my movie ticket in full and eat somewhere else.

This poor review is mainly applied towards their customer service. Their food is nothing spectacular, but we received a good coupon in the mail so we thought we could use it towards some deep dish pizza. I called to place an order for delivery and was immediately placed on hold. They answered a short while later and after my order was placed I was put on hold again for well over 5 minutes. I hung up and called again. The young lady on the phone recognized me and said she had my order was in the system and just needed my credit card info and the coupon code, which I gave to her. She then placed me on hold again and I had to wait over 5 min on hold again. Finally I called back and a young man answered. I gave him my order info and asked him to cancel my order because I was so upset for having to wait so long to make such a simple order. He said he’d cancel the order. I normally don’t patronize mega-chain restaurants because I know the food & service tends to be cookie-cutter and mediocre… We had a hankering for deep dish and unfortunately this is the only place that offers it in our area. Also, I couldn’t use the coupon we received in the mail online so I had to call in the order. Normally I wouldn’t make a big stink about a matter like this but it’s happened before on past orders with this particular establishment over the phone. Staff as well as management are going to require some sort of retraining in this area because when I mentioned my issue to them over the phone no one seemed to care or offer any solution.

The service was good our server was friendly and efficient. Our table felt a little sticky but that’s alright I wiped it myself. The food came quick and it was yummy! I had the choose 2 for 12 and I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad and Mac and Cheese and both were good. I loved the crispness of the chicken and the Mac and cheese was creamy. My friend got a burger with bottomless fries, so I secretly munched on some too. Good deal!

Since the last time i was here they have definitely stepped up their game. Not only is the service more attentive but the food came out accordingly. They must have gotten a new manager or something. Good job unos!

So I decided to get some meat and wine. After going to the Applebee’s across the way(gross), I tried this place. Never been to a location in my life. I went straight to the bar, was about 2pm on a Sunday. The place was empty, a younger white male about 24 was bartending. He turned out to be nice guy and funny, and we started talking because I also work in hospitality. I had the shrimp and sirloin combo for 22 bucks and it was great good! I asked for the faro salad and fries as sides. I also had cabernet called HANDS and it was delicious too. Ask for another glass and ordered the Chocolate cake(which is huge!) Its prices weren’t that bad either. I was surprised by the quality of the food versus anything else. Well go back to the bar.

After my initial review this place has become more of a frequent place to visit. Drinks we always tend to go with what’s on special nice tall glass for $ 2.99 good deal. Appetizers… Good Grilled Cheese Sticks not bad, the Pizza skins are a fun twist to potato skins it’s basically a small deep dish pizza but it’s not bad. Nachos are good the Chicken nachos are a good size & taste pretty good. The Spinach dip is also good comes with chips appt size is small not enough chips we had to ask for extra. On the wings Buffalo are good so is the Teriyaki they usually have decent size wings. The Whiskey BBQ wings are pretty good nice tasting sauce & the Chicago Fire wings are the ones u get for a spicier kick, although my friend didn’t think they were very spicy I’d say u be the judge with these everyone likes different labels of spices to me they had a nice kick to them. Next up the Chicken buffalo quesadillas surprisingly very good. For a lighter option the Goat Cheese & walnut salad is pretty tasty. On the pizza always tend to go w a personal deep dish size, can’t go wrong with the Chicago classic so good. The Italiano deep dish was delicious so was the Chicken Spinachi good combo with this one nice tasting chicken & UNOs personal a little too much stuff on it but not bad at all. Good pepperoni as well. A little lighter options is the Chicken Verde this ones on a thin crust, pretty good still prefer the deep dish it’s obviously that crust that’s so good. I’ve decide to up that stars because so far every visit has been good since we always stick to appetizers we’ve never had an issue with the food. Bartenders are nice & friendly, the service is pretty quick & of course can’t go wrong with the happy hour prices, Two things keep us coming back late happy hour & half price appetizers hard to go wrong.

Went last night and it happened to be a special event for Uno’s members — they gave out complimentary treats. Yum! Our meals were delicious and our service was great. Happy to see they have improved.

Compared to Applebee’s across the street, UNO satisfied me. It is mainly because we received the attention we deserved. Our host and server were both friendly. Our server, particularly, was attentive, gave an honest recommendation on the drinks and food, and just overall awesome. I wish I has asked for his name. My review is not mainly based on their food. It is for their service because we migrated here from Applebee’s where our server was a no-show. After that experience, or lack thereof, the feeling that I got from Uno’s is that of royalty. It was as if I was a stranded on an island with no resources or an ounce of love from humanity and Uno came to put the world back in its place. I would say that their food is mediocre at best. I had the shrimp scampi and the portion was quite large for a small girl like me so I was able to wrap some up to bring home with me. I LOVE their Wildberry Mango smoothie. I was surprised to learn that it was only 4 bucks! It’s yummy! Uno, I thank you.

It’s pretty difficult to eat healthy at a chain restaurant. That being said, I ordered the salmon with roasted vegetables and farro salad. The salmon was on the salty side but I was pleasantly surprised that they even had farro salad on the menu which was decent. Not a bad experience but nothing to write home about either. Worth getting the discounted $ 8 movie ticket though. Who hasn’t gone to a chain restaurant or two especially in there 20s: guilty as charged.

Lazy Host Lazy server!!! No smile no cheers, looks like they are having their own problems, we were standing there with other group like 10 mnts no one show up! We almost left to next door the Applebee’s but suddenly some one came to greet us with miserable face. I hope the manager or the owner takes this issue seriously coz it is very important to greet the customers with beautiful smile. Bar tender seems enjoying talking with some redneck who dressed like .:…, one on the street!!! You know what I mean. Drinking cheap shots and talking like they are president of the the company. The table and booths are really sticky and looks like they wiped but with dirty towel. The area smells really bad and hope the health dept take very deep look. Well no review about foods but the restaurant is going downhill!!!

The customer service tonight at UNOS blew me away. My mother mentioned them doing a St. Patrick’s day kids event and I decided to meet her with so I could enjoy a beer and my daughter burn some of her energy. They were having happy hour at the bar and they let us enjoy the specials at our table since ya know… can’t bring a high chair to the bar, or a toddler for that matter. The happy hour specials are crazy good. Half priced apps, 50 cent wings, drink specials! I can’t wait until the lobster slider *hopefully* comes back on the menu this summer. My daughter was very excited and while sitting, dropped her entire smoothie. The server rushed over, didn’t make us feel embarrassed and took care of it. The kids party was great! Goodie bags, face painting, crafts, balloons! My girl really enjoyed herself. What seemed to be two of the managers continuously checked up on us and made sure everything was going great. I think that you know what you are in for when going to most chain restaurants. The food is pretty much the same, but it is up to the staff to take things up a notch. UNOS definitely does this. New favorite!

My daughter and her class came here for a school trip. Very nice experience for the kindergarteners. We got to walk through the kitchen and take a tour. They loved getting to go inside the walk-in freezer. After the tour the kids got to make their own personal pizza pies. They were all set up when we arrived. Dough, sauce, cheese and numbered Popsicles sticks for the kids to label with their names. Wasn’t a fan of beverage selection for the kids(kids cups of Sprite) but the kids enjoyed it all. The staff was good handling the kids, you could tell they do this on a regular. The kids loved it. I opted to order off the menu. The Shrimp and Crab dip with toasted garlic bread slices. It was good for the first few bites but then I was overwhelmed with how salty it was. The menu has changed so much from when I used to go as a kid but doesn’t seem like a bad thing. Not really my ideal restaurant but a fun trip nonetheless.
