The best-​made pasta in New York! There’s not better spot to pick up the stuff for a high-​quality «home cooked» meal that The Ravioli Store. Just drop about 8 of their signature ravioli into a pot of boiling water (with a touch of olive oil added to the water), boil for about 5 minutes, throw them onto a plate with a slotted spoon, drizzle some fine olive oil, some herbs (basil, nutmeg, get creative), perhaps a bit of grated parmesean, then sit down with a nice glass of wine and enjoy a fine meal. My personal favorites are the aged goat cheese, asparagus (seasonal), wild mushroom and white truffles in a porcini pasta, but there’s enough variety to charm everyone’s palate.
