Had to work late one night and was going to take a car back home — my usual car service was fully booked at the time so I decided to give Bens a shot. Called up and was told I was going to have to wait an hour for the next car, which I was fine with as I had things to do in the meantime. An hour goes by and I receive a call telling me that did not have a car for me. Naturally my response was «And you tell me this now?» The guy on the other end of the line tried to offer up some pathetic excuses which just made me even more upset.
Safe to say I was livid and even safer to say I will never even consider calling or bens again. Stay away — you’ve been warned.

Bens black car service is the worst car service ever. The prices are way to high and their service sucks. They charge $ 50 more then any other luxury black car service. Cars are never on time. This company always want to charge a passenger when they are late. Can I get compensated when the drivers are 20 minute late. I missed my plane 3 times cause of their lateness. They have a rude supervisor there name Jennifer. She can never get nothing right, thats because she hardly speaks english. They are just money hungry and dont know nothing about running a business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I just was picked up in a stretch limo by a wonderful driver in nyc. He was prompt, courteous, and an excellent driver. He took special care for my mom who went to visit family. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

Used this serivce for my company– driver was LATE. Not sure if it was because the flight arrived early (almost 25 min early), but the flight info was provided and it’s always been I standard (I thought) to monitor flight arrival times. Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.
