Does not compare to the food trucks that I have gotten waffles from. Got a couple of ice cream waffles. Waffles themselves were not very good and the ice cream wasn’t good. I can’t see this place being open too long. No ambiance.

Nothing special about the waffles… It wasn’t even freshly made, looks like they made a batch and just heat it up when ordering. Little kid size waffle was $ 3.20

The waffles were so delicious! They are made to order so you have to wait a few minutes but it’s so worth it. Since it’s hot when the toppings are added they become melty and so yummy!

Seperately, breakfast and dessert foods are alright. They dont usually move me to want to do a dance or shout from the rooftops about how fabulous what I just consumed was– I’m more of a salty food lover. When put together however, it is, as I just found out last night, a whole new story! Many have put ice cream on a waffle but none as spectaculoos– thats right I said spectaculoos– as Bite Your Belgian. Between the fluffy waffle, the caramel and chocolate driizzle, the ice cream and the spectaculoos– which is some kind of crunchy peanut butter, graham cracker combination that will blow your mind– it was a sensory overload in the best of ways. You will be missing out if you dont check out Bite Your Belgian the next time you are in Long Branch! PS– They should sell spectaculoos by the jar– I need it in my life at all times and you will too once you experience it in all its glory!
