Dr. Chen is a wonderful ophthalmologist.
He is very kind, gentle, and precise. I can see that he genuinely cares about his patients — not just out to get your money.
I flew out to California from Canada, to have a procedure done by Dr. Chen.
He is the best of the best, and is a very respected doctor in his field.

I will say this… I didn’t make it easy for him. I showed up there (having been referred from another doctor) in immediate need of reconstruction below my eye.
He explained everything in great detail about the procedure. Then he noticed I had a list of questions written down, and he made sure he answered every one of them.
Even when I had questions after the surgery, he called me personally!
I’m 6 mos post surgery, and the scar seems to be getting better with time. If it continues to improve, his rating is going up to 5 w/​o question!
