Virtually no conversation with me about symptoms or what brought me in to see her. Did not fully understand the nature of my thyroid disease nor its scope. Just looked at lab numbers and reduce dose. No understanding and digging deeper as to why I am not feeling well.
Not very communicative.
The office had absolutely no atmosphere, even the office staff was not happy about that.

Dr. Wang is great, but always way behind schedule with no explanation or apology. At every appointment, I’ve sat in the waiting room for over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time. There is no excuse for this consistently happening. It’s particularly annoying when the appointment itself takes 5 minutes and I’ve had to wait that long.

Long wait in the front and inside the room so it’s best to make your appointment towards the end of the day. Otherwise, you’ll just waste your lunch hour and spend 2 hours for a 15 minute consultation with the doctor.

Doctor isn’t personable but is kind & informative while she is with you. The office staff was also very polite and the wait was not bad.
You do have to pay a parking fee in the structure across the street from the building. BOOOOO!
