This UHaul location, its staff, and their customer service was above and beyond what I would have been satisfied with. Randy Young, Terrence Smith, and Travis Revels were not only extremely friendly and helpful, but made my unlucky troubling moving situation manageable. Due to mistakes and discrimination by Ernst and Haas Property Management and shoddy apartment renovation work and a pest problem in the apartment that I am moving into, I had to keep my belongings in my truck until I had the apartment ready for move in. These property management companies work slowly in approving an application for rental and don’t care about its costliness for hotel stays and storage expenses for the prospective new tenant. I kept planning to get a place within a week of anticipated move-ins falling through. But when it didn’t happen as I tried to find a more suitable apartment, I kept my belongings in the truck. They were very accommodating in extending my reservation over 4 times and Travis and Randy even helped me MOVE my truck contents to another truck in a necessary switch due to another person’s reservation. I planned on throwing away a mattress and boxspring set that was in the truck but they even took care of its disposal, relieving me of time and physical exertion during this extremely hot week. Companies should model their customer servicing after them!
