Save your money and avoid this place like the plague. I regret that I didnt read the bad reviews before coming here. Service is slow. And I found a BUG IN MY ORANGE JUICE. Yummy. When I asked for a refund she said that they don’t do refunds. Awesome. Wild prediction but I think they’ll be out of business soon.

Good strong coffee if you like that. Good coffee drinks too, but that’s not my thing. Good bagels and pastries, though the selection is limited.
Staff seems young. But they handle the crowds of bicyclists with grace and professionalism. This place is a little gem. I’m not sure what time they open, but they are usually ready by the time we go by looking for something to satisfy our growling bellies after a run or brisk walk along the harbor trails.
Go for it. Don’t expect Starbucks, but do expect a mom and pop kind of vibe. And be prepared to wiggle past the cyclists who gather there on weekend mornings.
Mmmmm… hot coffayyyy + toasty bagel.

After doing a trip with the rental boat we had a cappuccino and a strawberry shake at this store.
The lady in charge to serve was quite unfriendly and bored. The strawberry tasted very sweet and artificial. The cappuccino was just a regular coffee with some milk foam on the top.
For the cappuccino, the shake and a cookie we paid $ 12.12. Self service!
The location was nice. We sat beside the water in rainbow harbor.

Product was good, counter girl was curt, bordering on rude. Banged equipment, knew the answer before I asked the question. Yikes, where’s the manager?

The Heath and mocha coffee were great but the workers had horrible customer experience! The cashier seemed like she hated her job and hardly spoke. We asked her if the mocha coffee was good and she said yes with a snobby attitude. They need to hire someone else. I would come back though for the Heath coffee =) I’ll let my bf other deal with the cashier next time though

Why it takes one person nearly ten minutes to make one blended coffee and one blended juice drink is beyond me.
Did anyone bother to find out if the girl knew how to pull a shot before hiring her?
I ask, because if she’d pulled shots like that in my café, I’d fire her in a heartbeat.
From the start, the shot gushed like a ripped artery — spewing murky brown water towards the cup. This atrocity was allowed to continue for a full minute.
By the time she got to me, her bagels had molded.
Yes, moldy, hard, moldy bagels.
You buy bagels EVERY SINGLE DAY.
bagels aren’t a buy once, wait for them ALL to sell kind of item.
If they weren’t on the pier, they’d be put of business in a week.
Frankly, I’m surprised they have managed to keep the lights on.

Was hoping for better coffee but it was pretty average. Don’t get your hopes up this is a pure convenience store, no inspiration here. Not sure how fresh anything is.

A mini coffee/​snack place inside Shoreline Village in LB. Came here on a weekday during a work related field trip. I bought a pastry since it was one of the few stores open as early as 10:00 ish am. It was tasty. I saw they have fresh pretzels. Fresh dough was delivered early in the morning. I assumed a small place like this would serve frozen pretzels, so I was glad to see them make it fresh right before my eyes. The sales girl was really sweet to us.

I get the placement and purpose of this place, but for a local who appreciates good coffee and good service, this place does not deliver.
It’s located in the middle of Shoreline Village kinda nestled on the corner between all the restaurants and next to the indoor arcade/​carousel. Tiny little place with your basic cofees/​lattes/​blended sugar and ice/​stale baked goods/​bad service.
The girl who helped me was complacent… not super friendly, but not a total asshole, so that was ok, but the coffee was absolutely horrendous. I drank half and threw the rest out. The only reason I wandered in here was more for the experience of the day I was creating… it was gorgeous out and we were just walking the dog along the boardwalk enjoying the sun, and a coffee seemed necessary. Should have just gotten one on Pine and ignored my need to be cutesy and support the local waterfront shop.
I think it’s cash only which is why I opted for just a regular coffee, but I mean, I think a plain coffee is a good foundation with which to judge a coffee place, so I will definitely not let myself be tempted to come here again, I will leave it for the tourists. I could (and have) gotten a better cup of black coffee from 7-​Eleven.

Although it is a quaint coffe house in a wonderful location — the service has never been great on any of my visits.
This won’t keep me from returning when I am in the area, but I can’t give a rave review, either. My coffee has been tasty, and I did get what I came in for.
There is no indoor seating — this is a grab and go.

Terrible just terrible!
Ive never been to an establishment where employees argue with patrons about an order. I had a friend order for me, she ordered a large frap and pointed to the window, and some sort of hot drink with caramel latte or something of that sorts, but what we got was a seemingly small cup of plain coffee on ice, and a very small very bland hot coffee with milk. Some what peeved and really confusedI asked «whatdrink is this?, and I believe I ordered a large. The counter girl insisted i ordered an iced latte, «latte means with milk“and despite my cuo matching the smaller sized cup on display she insisted what I was holding was a large. Ok an ice latte is espresso with milk not cofee and milk. After that we decided to keaveand never come back.

Walking around Shoreline Village, I spotted this place and figured what the hell, there is no over priced chain coffee place around, and I have always had good experiences with smaller coffee places, so I figured I would give them a try…
My drink of choice is a iced mocha. They have one size, but two size prices… same size cup, the small is a single shot, the large is a double shot… that is kinda dumb, but whatever… I only wanted a single shot… but she poured a double so I took it… Told the girl I wanted non fat milk, 2 seconds later I watched her reach in and grab the milk with the red label which is generally Whole milk, so I questioned her on it being non fat, and she said it was. I shit you not, as SOON as she poured the last drop of milk, she says «Oh you wanted non fat». Again, I said it was fine… I asked for a single shot and non fat milk to watch my sexy figure… but figured what the hell, I would indulge myself a little… and I didn’t want to wait forever for her to make another one (this was a fairly slow process).
Now, the consumer in me expected to be charged for the single shot I ordered… but she charged me for the double shot… Now, I use Starbucks as a gauge as the higher end of coffee prices… and with those higher ends, I expect quality of service and product. Well, this 2 shot iced mocha was MORE than Starbucks and shit for service… well, I sure as hell hope this iced mocha gives me some wood… hmmm, nope. Shitty Iced Coffee from 7 – 11 is better… and cheaper… and faster. Next time, I will wait and go to It’s a Grind up the street.

Twisters & Coffee is a cute little coffee shop right on boardwalk, right next to the water. Yummy iced mochas, with handmade prezels! Reasonable prices and fresh delicious coffee & pastries.

Great place for your morning coffee or tea served up with a lovely view of Rainbow Harbor. You have to try their pretzel dogs and ice cold smoothies.

this time they did much better. I think they are improving! They were fast and seemed to know what they were doing this time.

Never again. Stopped by here to get iced coffee and was really put off by the worker, who was not helpful at all. My friend asked for a small iced mocha and she gave us this nasty look and raised a cup and said this is all we have — yet the menu had two separate prices. When we tried to explain she offered no clarification, so we just settled on a regular blended mocha and an iced mocha for me.
Turns out the prices were single shot or double shot… also, although I did not purchase any food, all of the pretzels and assorted baked goodies looked rather sad and everything was overpriced.
