This company is state licensed & insured for in-​home elderly support. But beyond the basics, from my personal interactions I can say the management approaches each client or family scenario with a unique perspective that stems from love & integrity. A lot of active-​work goes into making sure the client is matched with a care-​giver that can take care of the best care, whether it includes bathing, cooking, light cleaning, nurse care, etc… It is a level of CARE that I’ve not seen in any hospital or group home environment, truly unique.

Lisa and Leslie are seasoned and trustworthy professionals who truly care about the individuals they care for. Unlike most other home care agencies, they will personally visit the client for an intake interview to make sure that they are paired with the right caregiver, as well as do follow ups. Their motto is «our family caring for yours» and it couldn’t be more true. Wonderful business that we are very lucky to have in Long Beach!

I went through needing care for my dad and now it is time for my mom. I wish I’d known these women earlier! They are in the field out of their own passion and it shows. Every caregiver they’ve sent have been caring and wonderful. They are flexible with last minute changes and really patient explaining options. They check in to make sure the person they provide is a fit too, which matters and they know developing a relationship with one can be a really important thing. They consciously treat their people well so they stay with them to minimize the rotating door that you will get from some companies. Just overall good people doing good things.

I would like to thank Lisa and Leslie of Trusted Life Care for their exceptional service. My 96yr grandfather recently fell and after a short hospital stay required comfort care when discharged to hospice in his home. Lisa was very helpful and expeditious in coordinating a care team for him and also personally stopped by on several occasions to check on the family and grandpa. Trusted life care made a difficult time much easier. A true 5-​star company.
