I used to always order breakfast from Trimana when I worked in downtown LA. Never had any issues with my order. I expected the same from this location in long beach. Yesterday when I ate here, I ordered the cream of wheat with brown sugar, simple enough right? I also ordered a side of wheat toast. The toast was great(shocking I know). The cream of wheat half way through had a weird taste, at first I thought it was me but quickly discovered it was not my taste buds failing me. My cream of wheat tasted like garlic! Yes!!! Garlic! How in the world do you get garlic taste in something sweet! Well they did. I threw out the rest and left. Next day I returned and decided I would skip the cream of wheat and get an omelette instead. I ordered it with spinach and cheese(they charge extra for cheese). Ok here we go, 1. No cheese on the omelette, 2. Toast is supposed to be just that TOAST!, 3. Potatoes were lukewarm, you just opened shouldn’t these be fresh! If you’re going to have the audacity to charge extra for cheese at least make sure the omelette contains it!!! They don’t deserve any stars! Cook, please go back to cooking 101!

This place surprised me. I have been to other similar places but this one is awesome. The salad bar/ready to eat hot foods is charged per pound. What a great way to try everything. The salad bar is fresh and there’s variety! The hot food looked kinda not as fresh except for the ginger teriyaki chicken they had just put out but everything I got was amazing from the pasta to the fried rice. Employees are super nice. BWould definitely be back.

The food isn’t bad, it hits the spot as far as a typical lunch goes. soup .salad, burger chicken club, wraps. etc. The turn off here are the prices. The specials aren’t really specials. May be difficult to locate be, because its located inside the mirrored buildings. Overall it’s good food.

EVERYTHING here is overcharged(candy, chips, soda, juice, ice cream) and bland. Even the fries are whack. Pre cooked frozen fries from Smart and Final. The staff is nice but some of the cashiers don’t know the prices and will overcharge you if you don’t pay attention. They also push the lunch combo that isn’t worth the money. The best thing going is the salad bar. It’s very irritating that they chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, celery and broccoli into HUGE chunks to fatten the scale price. Great convenience if you forgot lunch or pressed for time. Other than that, don’t expect much from this place.

The first step is to understand this is, essentially, a workplace cafeteria(offers multiple locations, but similar menus). The menu is eclectic — you can get anything from the salad bar /hot bar to sandwiches, wraps, mexican and burgers. Service is a bit slow, but I blame the customers lack of focus than the staff. The food, overall, is pretty solid. Trimana introduced me to buttered oatmeal. I find it odd and forgo the butter, but order their oatmeal about every other week. Prices are reasonable and portions are hearty. While the salad bar is typically fresh and plentiful, I’d stay away from the hot bar as it’s often [appears to be] recycled hot goods under a heat lamp and dry. bleh. recommendations — teriyaki chicken sandwich, carnitas burrito/tacos, or a big salad. Everyone loves a big salad!

This place had a feel like a subway restaurant. There is a wide variety of choices on the menu and it all sounds so good. We went in a group of three for breakfast, and the only good thing about it was my bagel. My friend said her oatmeal was dry and chalky. My other friend in the group said his breakfast was beyond greasy and lacked flavor. Price was reasonable and if you’re really in a hurry and there is nothing else open, then eat here. Otherwise, look around as I’m sure you could find something far better for the same price.

Never knew there was another Trimana even closer to my work till my coworker took me to this location right across from the WTC in Long Beach. No frills, easy, made to order fast-foodish and decent. The prices aren’t too bad. You order first and pick up your meal after you pay. They have everything from sandwiches, to salads, burgers, soups, breakfast, etc. Lots of drinks/coffee/chips/candy/etc. Trimana does the job if you work in the building, if you work close by, if you’re tight on time or if you’re looking to just satisfy your hunger. I had the cheeseburger and it was decent. The seasoned fries were good also. There’s seating inside and outside. It’s a stand office building eatery.

Trimana is an office café’ /restaurant franchise located all over Southern California. This particular restaurant is located in the Molina Towers(formerly ARCO Towers) on Ocean Blvd in downtown Long Beach. When I’m in town on business I usually eat here a few times a week, either for breakfast or lunch. The food is served fast and efficient, and the menu includes the usual short-order diner favorites plus a great salad bar, and a variety of daily specials for breakfast or lunch. Wide selection of wraps, sandwiches, omelets, rotisserie chicken, soups, snacks, sodas, etc. They have a selection of gourmet coffee flavors that are replaced frequently throughout the day. You place your order with the cashier, pay for your food, and then wait for the guys behind the counter to prepare your meal and call out your claim number. From there you can eat indoors or out on the patio, or ask for everything to go and take it back to your office. The staff is friendly and helps you to get your food and then go on with your day. One of the better office café’s in the area.

Trimana is a chain. I believe it’s a franchise. I stopped by here after lunch hours, so the salad bar was bare. I ordered a cup of chili, which I didn’t like at all.

I work in the Arco Center and eat here 3 – 5 times a week. Yes, they get busy and have long lines, but everyone in the building takes lunch at the same time. Go figure! They handle the business very well. I’m the person who is always ordering food with exceptions. No this, no that, how ’bout some of this instead, and they are always accommodating and friendly. I’ve tried a couple of other delis in the area just to change it up a bit and have found Trimana to have better quality food and friendlier service. Thanks for putting up with my picky eating habits, Trimana!

I eat at Trimana 2 to 3 times a week because I work in the Arco Towers and I was never disappointed. I am really trying to eat healthy and they have the best options in the area: the salad bar is fresh and there is a lot of choices between the fruits, the fresh baby spinach, the lettuce, so many vegetables and protein items. I feel like I don’t have to try hard to eat right. The people working there have always been really friendly with me. I am in love with their Jalapeño Ketchup!!! So yummy!

Standard office building café/coffee shop with a few extra items of interest. Breakfast is served until 10:30, and I like the breakfast burritos(«wraps») here quite a bit. They are made with eggs, hash browns, and salsa, and I add bacon and sour cream. Hearty but not excessively big. They’ve also got 3 types of pepper sauce out on the tables which give the burritos a nice spicy kick. I would buy a case of that Aged Pepper Sauce if I could find it in the stores! Coffee selection is good(Vanilla, Hazelnut, Light Roast, Dark Roast, Decaf), and you serve yourself from large Thermos-style bottles. Freshly squeezed orange juice and sliced fruit are available for breakfast, and you’ll definitely notice how much better fresh orange juice is than bottled. There’s also a good selection of convenience-store food items like candy, granola bars, and canned and bottled soft drinks. Bagels are always fresh, and I get them oven-toasted with real cream cheese. Baked potato variants are new on the menu. There is a LOT of food for 4.95 in these«smacked potato» entries. I tried the Baja Chicken(chicken breast, avocado, sour cream, salsa, and cheese) and couldn’t finish it, although it was quite good. Very satisfying. I’ve never received the kind of attitude experienced by other reviewers. In fact, quite the opposite. I am often greeted by the managers with a friendly smile and a cheerful«good morning.» If you’ve got business in the Arco Towers, this place is convenient and reasonably priced, with decent food and coffee. Try it out.

I really despise this place. They’re overpriced and the food is absolutely gross(including the salad bar). When I have to use my debit card to just buy an iced tea and Clif bar for breakfast, I usually don’t tip because the cashier only rings up my purchase(I don’t even ask for a bag). When I don’t tip I get the snottiest attitude from the employees but what am I tipping for? Because you pushed a couple buttons and told me the total of my purchase? Give me a break. If you’re ever in the Arco Towers and need something to eat then I suggest that you go across the street to the World Trade Center because Trimana is not worth your time and money!

Fool me once, shame you Fool me twice, shame on me. I should have known better but i forgot my lunch at home and the farmer’s market across the street was cash only. I paid almot 10 bucks for the grossest pastrami sandwich i have ever tasted in my life! I think they marinated the sauerkraut in pine sol, and the pastrami had smelled like a freshly chopped cow.
