I don’t know who Tonya Graham is but Jan Rose-​Witt was an ethical and professional Realtor who gave the best quality of service to all of her clients. Behind the scenes she handled the vendors firmly yet professionally, always getting business handled on behalf of her clients and advocating for their best interests. With her clients she followed up DAILY, and was considerate in listening to their needs and concerns. I have YET to meet another real estate agent who handles her business with such care and concern for her clients as Jan. I miss you dearly Jan. You are forever my role model of how a professional agent should be.

This Keller Williams office is a nightmare. Our «Agent» Tonya Graham was one of the most uneducated agents we have ever worked with. She lacked knowledge and experience, was constantly late, misinformed and basically had no idea what she was doing. Half way through our process, we realized we were probably her first clients. Because of her lack of knowledge, we lost out on a property we really wanted. We wanted to walk away but had too many offers on the table that would all be dropped.
She complained about having to take the time to make copies and drive out to see us to get forms signed. She was not proactive and even tried to convince us not to make an offer on a certain property citing it would waster HER time. Our loan officers even got in it with her and told her to do HER job! She also had several «processing» fees that needed to be charged to us at the end of our buying that we refused to pay! Also, due to her mistakes she lost a chunk of her commission and that pissed her off.
In the end we got our condo but did we get a walk thru? NO! We got a voicemail saying you can pick up the keys at the front desk of Keller Williams. We were shocked! We called Keller Williams and asked to speak to some sort of supervisor but were given the runaround. We finally found the right person to talk to but after several voicemails not returned we gave up.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND TONYA GRAHAM.
