Frank is a life saver — the life of our computer and files that is! He has repaired, recovered, serviced and removed viruses for several of our computers. His work is fast and efficient and we would recomend him to anyone.

Frank is the greatest. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any IT problem. While jumping onto my sofa last November, my cat snapped my flash drive with almost two years of work that had not been backed up. I know, I know — shame on me. The first two «experts» who said they could fix the drive used heat on its circuit board and permanently damaged it. If I had found Frank before I went to them, all my data would have been retrieved in a couple hours. Frank went above and beyond what any other IT person would do to help me out. While he was eventually able to retrieve my data, because it was encrypted, it was not readable. However, and only because of what Frank did for me, I had enough information to find a data recovery company on the East Coast that only works on the brand of flash drive I had. A week later, I had my data. This would not be my story if Frank hadn’t been there to help me.
