My favorites are the hazelnut latte and blueberry pomegranate iced tea! My go to decaf option is the english breakfast tea. So yummy! I prefer coffee bean’s drinks to starbucks– I think they are more interesting and less sweet/​dense! They are perfect all year round!

Love this location, the drinks are always good and the workers are always very nice. Even when it’s busy I get my drink fast and it’s very comfy in here for a student to come and study. The coffee bean in CSULB usually takes a long while but this place is fast.

Typically i dont do coffee shops, but Stopped in on a whim and Josh served me my coffee. Definitely friendly and was easy to talk to. Fellow gamer, was cool as hell! Glad I stopped in! Price is fair, atmosphere is nice and easy, Josh is definitely a cool cat that works there! Will stop in again.

This place always has nothing but horrible customer service. The first time I had ever been here, I waited half an hour, 30 stupid minutes for 1 drink. It turns out it had just been sitting there and no one even bothered to call our name, may I remind you I was sitting next to where they hand out the drinks.
The next time I had been there, I asked for whipped cream on my smoothie, and I kindly asked her when she handed it to me if they had any whipped cream, she rolled her eyes and said «I would have to throw away the drink and they would make a new one as long as I payed for another one» there wasn’t even anything wrong with it!
I’m sticking to Starbucks, they actually appreciate their customers

I had two mediocre experiences here. I wanted a place to get some work done. Both times, it was crowded and the wifi was slow. On the plus side, the latte was good, and they had really nice glasses (looked like beer steins) for dine/​drink in patrons.

I have stopped going to the former location that gave me poor service, The traffic circle location for coffee bean tea leaf likely has the best service I“ve ever had for coffee houses. I was picky with my lattes and they always nailed it perfect!

This is the nearest Coffee Bean to my home. I work in Pomona and there are no locations near my workplace so I often come to this place on weekends. Employees are not super enthusiastic, but friendly enough. I’ve never had a wrong order or a bad drink here, but the overall atmosphere is just kind of… boring. Just people sitting around sipping drinks and on laptops and tablets. Compared to other Long Beach locations it’s very quiet. I just get my drinks to go, and I’m happy.

It’s quite difficult to mess up an Americano order. With that said, this place is always fast and never snobby. The lobby is big and people always seem to look like they are getting a lot of work or studying done. Or maybe their just doing some online shopping, either way, they look immersed in their tasks. My girl swears by their Dark Chocolate Mocha and she won’t be satisfied with any other substitute or variation from competitors. You might laugh but I’m serious.

I went there on yesterday and Jarrett has the most pleasant vibe. Great sales pitches and i would have bought a pastry based on his personality but i’m trying to cut down on sweets. and i don’t like pumpkin stuff. His conversation was great and we both love macaroni and cheese which is why i am trying to eat right before the holidays start.
The Café Americano was the Best!

So I’ve always been a hardcore fan or the «other place». I was on my way there when I seen the crowd from the outside and decided to not even go in. Further down the street is this Coffee Bean where there was no crowd at all.
I didn’t think that their beverages were as strong as stbx but the hazelnut latte over ice was no comparison and tasted so much better! I think I’m going to convert but I have to try them a few more times.
This location has much more space to breathe and to sit and study. I also like how I can gaze out onto Atlantic Blvd to people/​traffic watch lol. I know there aren’t as many Coffee Bean locations as there are stbx, but I don’t mind driving 2 more minutes up the street

They have my white chocolate latte on lock! As soon as they see me walk in, they start making it. I’ve seen them do this for other regular customers as well.
Staff always makes the extra effort to make you feel like a valuable customer. Small talk and sometimes deep conversation is a great added bonus!

I’ve been to plenty of Coffee Beans in the last decade and this location is still by far the best one. It’s spacious inside, the staff are exceptional, and it’s located near Trader Joe’s :) the only con to this place is the parking. It gets pretty insane especially that it’s shared with Trader Joe’s.
Besides the location, I have always preferred Coffee Bean for it’s amazing coffee and tea. I just found out they have dark chocolate as a powder. And their pumpkin lattes are to die for… I just have to tweak it somewhat so it’s not too sweet such as having the ice blended «extreme» (meaning straight coffee, no milk) with an add shot. I just love the taste of espresso.
Also, great place to get work done. It’s not to noisy compared to other places. The employees aren’t noisy either. :)

Had a nice vibe here. Most of the seating was taken, but there is a lot of space to sit down. Just came at a busy time. Workers were nice and fast. I did not wait long at all for my 2 drinks. Had a good experience.
The coffee tasted great. I had an iced caramel coffee. Hit the spot for sure!

Chai spice hot tea and people watching on Atlantic Ave. The exterior chairs, while well-​worn, are actually quite comfy (good design).
If Michael Dorn (Worf on ST: TNG) were here, he’d probably say «Good tea, nice house.»

About as straight forward as you can get. An after lunch coffee run before heading back into the office. Even felt generous and picked up a few drinks for some straggling-​back-​at-​the-​office coworkers.
Barrista’s were well versed with the «coffee aficionado’s» language. They even spelled my name correctly.

The Coffee Bean is so much better than Starbucks!!! I really love the Coffee Bean and this location stands above all the others. The service here is amazing and Baristas are extremely friendly. They are chit chatty but not to the point where it gets in the way of business. I love the White Chocolate Frap and the teas are incredible! My favorite is the Swedish Berries. It has an amazing flavor and the Lingonberries are incredible. The store is extremely clean and well laid out and the bathrooms are also very clean (its coffee you need a clean bathroom.)
