I have been working out with David for 4 years. Since I moved to long beach. He calls himself the «velvet hammer» and that’s the truth. He will whip u into shape and encourage you along every step. He’s a great motivator.
I am not a typical client. I have neck and shoulder issues from a car accident decades ago and I have a thyroid issue that have taken almost a year now to balance out and I have really appreciated the constant support and encouragement David has given me when I have been down.
