We come here every week and the staff is super friendly and efficient. The missing 2 stars is because the management is not taking care of customers and staff. This location is the only place that runs out of items as hot sauces and cup holders. It’s frustrating for the staff and I commend them for their diligence to maintain quality customer service. This team is doing the best they can with a location that does not meet franchise expectation.

WORST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE EVER. The other day when I drove up to the drive thru I asked the lady if she can give me a second to make up my mind and she said sure. When I tried to place my order she cut me off and said we aren’t serving breakfast anymore but she said it in a harsh tone. After that she kept trying to rush me as I was making up my mind for something on the lunch menu. I don’t understand why she was rushing me if there wasn’t anyone behind me. I finally pulled up to the window and I looked for her nametag but she didn’t have one instead she had her phone in the pocket on her shirt. She looked like an African-​American woman in her mid 20s. I had such a bad experience with her attidue that it ruined my appetite so I didn’t want to eat my food anymore. She called the manager Teresa, who was also being rude, to give me a refund. Very unprofessional work!

Every time I go here the food it old like it was sitting out and the service is HORRID and the have an attitude. I don’t like it, I go to the one on market which is farther but well worth it. I don’t advise this location at all. Eww

Avoid this place at all costs!!! My husband was in a hurry and ate there last Thursday. He’s been throwing up since Thursday night from food poisoning. My husband rarely gets ill and this is the worse I’ve seen him in years. He says his diarrhea smells like cleaning solution so if he is not better by this Monday morning, he is going to his doctor for blood tests. Also his urine has turned dark orange and thick which is not normal.

I bought two Quesorito $ 5 box thinking I was going to try to win the GOLD PS4 but BOTH codes were already submitted I guess the employees at that Taco Bell thought it was cool of them to redeem those codes before sold to customers. Taco Bell off of Cherry and Artesia under the 91 freeway. The worker was rude too. We said thank you many times. The cashier didn’t even smile.

We go here frequently during the week for dinner. And it use to be really great service and we would get all of our food but latley its been terrible and havent been getting all the food we pay for and when we ask for a side of nacho cheese we get like nothing in it. And have been getting onions in our burritos when asked not too. Tonight we didnt recieve all our food and our burritos were mostly just tortillas. And once again no nacho cheese!

The manager that is there in the morning is extremely rude and her staff does not know how to wrap a burrito. Opened up two burritos and they were leaking all over the place took them back and complained. They made me two new burritos while the staff stood there chatting in Spanish and looking at me very unprofessional. got in my car opened my burrito bam leaking. Went to complain again and she didn’t care. She said so what. And these employees are going to get 15 dollars an hour pretty soon. What is this world coming to. Simply put I won’t be returning to this taco bell or any taco bell at all actually.

The girl at the drive thru Alyssia was very rude. She forgot half of my order and I had to keep asking her for the items she forgot.
I got home counted the tacos and were missing 4! I went back and asked for my tacos, and they said well you kept asking for your food so I’m sure that you got it; they wouldn’t give them to me.
So I went home and got all the food and came back with it all and asked them to count all the food then with an attitude damn near threw the food on the counter to me!
I had hungry children I was feeding and if her and the manager weren’t so rude I wouldn’t have wrote q review! But their customer service is crap!

Poor service. This place seems to constantly be understaffed at night. I’ve gone about 4 or 5 times, and each time the drive thru line is practically wrapped around to food 4 less. Being that I usually use the drive thru and have only had bad experiences, I decided to go inside tonight. I got a simple order and ended up waiting exactly 21 minutes only to end up with a crappy looking mexican pizza and cheesy gordita crunch. My wife unfortunately likes this poor excuse for food and is the reason I’m forced to even have to go through this bs, but after tonight she’s just gonna have to either put up with the slow ass McDonalds down the street (thats a whole other review) or hop her ass in the kitchen and make something

The fuckery! First off I’m waiting in this drive thew line for ova 20 min. When I finally get my food I’m ready to go home and eat. so I’m ready to chow down and this is what I see. Got six tacos and all of had little to no meat. Damn near was a fuckin veggie taco smh.

Usually would avoid this Taco Bell in the past cause the cashiers at the drive thru are always rude and they always get my order wrong but lately when I go at night time there’s a cashier «Daveon» that’s super nice and has a great attitude. He’s literally the ONLY friendly employee I’ve encountered at this location!!!

Came to get some freezers for happy hour… they got ready to take my order and ask me what flavors then tell me none of them seem to be working… now I can’t back out or go forward in the drive thru line wth? Put up a sign so people won’t turn in if there only purpose is to get the freezes drinks !!! And the drive thru is a long wait :(

What can be said Taco Bell is Taco Bell. All the old classics some of my favorite include the Mexican pizza and the nacho Bell grande. Or how about the pintos and cheese the original no tortilla no carb fast food restaurant meal. But I think the thing I like about the most nowadays is their dollar menu quite a few tasty items at only a buck is a good thing in my book. I recommend you try the triple layer nachos but make sure to ask for extra red sauce.

For some reason food always seems to be poorly wrapped here more so than any other taco bell I’ve ever been too. The staff is not so bad and they are pretty friendly but fuck they can not wrap food to save their lives and sometimes they forget stuff in your order. Also good luck ordering a pizza here as they tell you they don’t have any just because they do not want to take the time to heat it up.
The two stars is because their employees act cool sometimes but outside of that I would rather drive elsewhere for my fake mexican food cravings
