Subway

So, I know it’s just Subway and Subway is Subway right?! WRONG! The employees are super friendly, actually engage in a brief conversation while making my sandwich and even while I ate. Most locations are filled with rude, grumpy, very unfriendly employees, not this one! This Subway location is worth stopping at. Fresh, clean, great service. Thanks guys

You won’t find a more wholesome, kind genuine, caring group of servers, especially the young man thats manager. He makes that place rock. Like I said though they all rock. You’ve got to see for yourself. Oh, and the food is ALWAYS FRESH. thanks crew, keep up the great work! A Happy Regular.

Place clean. Food fresh. Amount of meat, cheese, meat balls not enough for good or even fair sandwiches. Charges too much for extra meat, cheese, meat balls.
Too many better places in Long Beach. For the money you can get fuller sandwiches.

This is a relatively new location. I don’t think one can review Subway as a whole, only location and service there. As far as this one, great service, great efficiency, no issues.
My usual is a Spicy Italian, with cheddar cheese, and mayo. Spinach, onion, and tomato is all I need piled on to keep me happy. Don’t forget to toast it!

Love it here! I live right down the street and when I want to treat myself, I come here. What keeps me coming back is the great sandwiches, specifically made by the woman with the awesome tattoos. They take their time carefully crafting the sandwich, along with giving you mind-​blowing suggestions. If you ever want to go to any subway in the area, go to this one! Plus they give you a free cookie with each purchase at this moment.

I’ve been to this subway location a few times since I moved to long beach, it’s close by when I don’t have time to cook for lunch. Today I had a pretty good experience. I was greeted by everyone right away (very friendly) was asked more than once how I wanted my sandwich instead of assuming (toasted?, toasted with veggies? With avocado?) and this time it was made without being super rushed like most employees do. I was really impressed with savat sem (that’s her name on the receipt) and how she DIDN’T make my sub look squished or gross. I’ll definitely be coming back if she’s working.

Another hectic day at the office with just enough time to fly in to take-​out place for a bite and run. Yet the doctor tells me to lay off the fried food and potatoes. Something about cholesterol and triglycerides levels. I spotted a Subway Sandwiches and Salads outlet on 7^th Street close to downtown Long Beach. Seeing it was a new satellite restaurant for Subway I thought I’d give it a try. A pair of cute young college girls were running the store and I was helped by Obdulia Castane and her collegue. She toasted the bread and then added roast beef, provolone cheese and just about every ingredient for the choosing that was available and would still fit into my foot long sandwich. The restaurant was clean, down to even the windows. There were no signs of varmin, insects, or fungus. The place was spotless and the two girls working the counter couldn’t have been any friendlier, nicer or more professional in handling my order and answering the few questions I may have asked them. It unusual these days to visit any fast food place and get much more than grunt noise from the people working there. Subway Sandwiches and Salads have a potential gold mine with these two employees.
