Now this is all based on service or lack there of. The sandwich maker must really hate her job because she was a b$/#! with a capital B. She didn’t even say hello, just«what kind of bread?» Then she said, «I can’t toast the bread.» Without any explanation. What? I didn’t even ask her to toast it. Then, not knowing that the toaster was broken, I asked her is the bacon going to be cold(because now she says the toaster was broken.) She said, «I’ll warm it» with the biggest attitude anyone can have. Never will I step foot into this place again.

I frequent this Subway regularly for lunch/dinner and every now and then for breakfast. I always appreciate how friendly the staff is and that they quickly and efficiently prepare my order. My sandwich was well put together and I could taste every ingredient in each bite. I always add avocado to my subs, but today I tried the their new guacamole product. It was amazing! Very flavorful and had a minor kick of spiciness. I will keep visiting this location for the food and the friendly service.

If I could give something lower than one star I would. Last night I had one of their tuna subs and about 4 hours after I began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. As a health care worker I figured I should call them and give them a heads up about their food safety procedures regarding the tuna, but to my surprise I got a very unsympathetic response by the manager stating«well it takes 72 hours for it to kick in but okay…». He told me there was nothing he could do about it and I would have to come fill out a claim in person. Yeah, let me just pause these horrible symptoms so I can fill out your form. Avoid my mistake and go to another subway, this happens to be very close to my work but I will definitely go out of my way to avoid them.

Today, i ordered a soup and sandwich combo from here and enjoyed it very much to give it a good review. I never knew others did the same thing! This subway has pretty high ratings compared to the other locations in long beach, and it is pretty understandable. This subway is big enough to hold 10 people if they prefer to dine in. It is also very spacious, clean, quiet and around 9 to 10 am there is PLENTY of seating. They employees that served me are two young men, but they are very accurate with my order, and also patient with my slight indecisiveness(I was the only one there) My soup was the broccoli cheddar. It was filled up to the rim and hot. it also was very flavorful. I dont consider subway one of my favorite restaurants, but when i am craving soup and a sub, i would definitely eat here again!

GREATSUBWAY!!! I have been to all of the ones in Long Beach and other cities. This location tends to be quieter than others. It is always air-conditioned, clean, and friendly. Some customers can be into arguing with people, but manager controls the situation. The gals that work there are friendly, fast, and professional. The staff knows all the regulars by name and occupation, so its a warm environment when you walk in. Overall great staff and ownership.

Second time at this Subway. Quiet, clean, bathroom and fast service. Favorite Subway in the area so far. No complaints. As I write this, a kid just knocked down a rack of chips.

This new subway is nice. Staff is fast and friendly except for one girl named Stephanie who’s rude to the customers and is slow paced. The others do a fine job at customer service though. The store’s clean and it’s awesome that they have a restroom for the customers. Most of the subways doesn’t. I just wish they had those booths like the other subways instead of just plain tables and chairs. And I love that they always have monthly promos like the $ 5 footlong sandwiches or the $ 26-inch ones.

So tell me, is Subway becoming the next 7-Eleven? These things continue to pop up all over like proverbial weeds! Now another one has appeared in Long Beach **POOF** almost like magic. They opened 2 days ago, but I didn’t notice until driving home today. In order to Unilocal properly, I of course had to buy a sandwich, right? Right! So I ordered a foot long veggie. It was the same as every other veggie sandwich I’ve had from other locations, so at least they’re consistent. Plus, they took $ 1 off so my sandwich it was only $ 4! Woo Hoo! A «grand opening special»? Otherwise it’s pretty much like every other Subway out there, same décor, same menu, same extras(chips, cookies, etc). Inside wasn’t completely spotless, a couple small bits of trash on the floor, but I will chock that up to «everyone is still in training».
