Steve was an excellent resource for my wife and I when we were searching for a condo in Long Beach. First he took the time to understand what we were looking for, and from that point on, he took the time to show us houses exactly in line with our expectations and within budget and quickly we found the perfect match.
He went above and beyond and clearly is someone who cares. He drove us around the different neighborhoods and gave us an explanation of what to expect there.
And the most important part: he is an amazing negotiator! He aggressively brought the price down and helped us reach a really good deal with the seller.
