I had a bad posture and due to bad sitting in front of the computer all day long. Because of my bad posture, my neck was bothering me so much. It was painful for me to drive and look to the sides whenever I needed to change lanes. He helped me a lot, and now I am able to turn my head with no pain. He also helped me with acupuncture. My stress level was to the roof and he helped me bring it down by applying acupuncture and some herbal teas. Thanks to Dr. Hoover I was able to handle my job and school this past semester.

Dr. Hoover is really great. He does a great job helping out with decreasing stress. I’ve heard a lot of great things about him from other patients too.

RAWESOME– I LOVE Dr. Hoover and his amazing knowledge of many healing arts combined with science. I have seen my fair share of Chiropractors over the years. Dr. Hoover is unlike most chiropractors. His blending of eastern and western medicine is awe inspiring. You get the feeling from the moment you meet him that his main objective is to heal and his passion is second to none. He has a wide spectrum of knowledge that helped attack my areas of need from many different angles. At the risk of sounding like a used cars sales men he is a «one stop shop» for your wellness needs. I rarely take the time to write reviews. But I had to take a moment to share my high opinion of Dr. Hoover to prospective clients. In the life I found the best people in their field are usually the most passionate, Daniel is definitely a shining example of the marriage between knowledge and devotion to one’s craft.

I’ve gone to SOHMA for a few different needs and all were met with amazing service and results. The first was Chiropractic, and Dr. Hoover knows his stuff! I am a triathlete that tends to injure himself frequently. I had a knee and hip ache that I was «dealing» with for quite some time until I had Dr. Hoover treat it, and the issues and aches are gone! Another way we frequent SOHMA is for the martial arts classes my son attends. Daniel is an authentic and very knowledgeable martial artist trained in Shaolin Kempo and is great passing down the art! I couldn’t think of a better sensei to trust my son with. And yet another visit recently has been to buy herbs from Daniel, also a Master Herbalist, to help aide the healing of my daughter’s broken arm. I’ve also been attending Daniel’s black belt workouts during lunch and its a great way to spend 30 minutes building fitness prior to plowing the calories into the gut :-) I love that Daniel has so many backgrounds and talents, he’s like a one-​stop shop! Just today during the workout session I had an extremely bad headache (the kind that make you want to pass out or throw up :-P and Daniel stops and asks if I’m ok. As I’ve got my hands on my knees I enlighten him to the crazy headache I have. He pulls me to his Chiro table and checks my neck. A quick adjustment (literally 30 seconds) and the headache was gone!!! Daniel is amazing and btw as genuine and kind as they come and this place is a must experience! My advice: stop by and meet Daniel for 5 minutes. My guess would be you’ll have the same opinion after that as I did: How in the world did I live without this place? From the bottom of my heart Daniel, THANK YOU for all you have done for us. We are proud to be part of the SOHMA family!

I am in awe of the Owner of Dr. Daniel Hoover’s expertise and his impact on a community and such a young age. This is a man of integrity, wisdom and knowledge and it shows. I have attended his Tai Chi classes on and off for the past several years. Also, since he has opened up his own practice (which by the way if I may add, He is certified in a Ton of modalities (check out his website) so he has an unbiased, over arching knowledge to treat his clients… getting Results!) I have had several appointments with him. The environment is not only welcoming and friendly but feels like a «Western Doctors Office Meets a Modern day Eastern Healing Studio.» I will be back month after month. Thank you Dr. Daniel for practicing what you preach that comes from your heart.
