Just completed a contract with a male worker(didn’t get his name) I assume he is the director of services. Knowledgeable but quite insecure when questions about fees arises. When a businessman makes the statement…“I’m now feeling uncomfortable, and don’t know if I should go on…” after a question of the weight of the deceased individual was brought up, I was taken aback, and chose to not to engage in the conversation after that. I paid for the services with my Visa card, it was initially declined because of the amount. After calling my credit union there in his office, and while on the phone, the transaction was cleared by the customer rep, I was asked for my ID. No problem except when he wanted to write my Drivers License number on the credit card slip. I refused to allow him and he commented«just let her get out of here!» The LAW states you can LOOK to see if I am in fact the person on the credit card, however the Song-Beverly Credit Card Act of 1971 clearly states that a merchant is Prohibited from writing down that information. By the way the Pineda Act of 2011 prevents a merchant from writing down your zip code on a credit card transaction! Wouldn’t You Think A Businessman Would Know That!!! That LAW has been in Place since the year I graduated from high school! Hopefully they will align their policy with the LAWS of the State of California.

It was hard losing my dad but Ms. Elaine was so gentle and kind to all of my family. Beautiful people, environment, and service was nice. They make sure your family comes first when it comes to making arrangements. I would recommend them to ally friends and family.
