I have always had excellent results from the through examinations provided to me by the doctors, nurses and staff. I would especially like to acknowledge Dr’s Culotta and Patel for their patience explaining the procedures and results in clear and concise manner.

Recently went to this office for an evaluation for my husband. This office is not very professional, did not have the referral from the referring Dr. when I was told on the phone they did. They don’t explain very well to patients what procedure they are going to do. It’s kinda quick and ok now sit here, put your chin here, look in. Then all of a sudden there’s a bright light. They don’t seem to realize patients are nervous and apprehensive about being there. Patients are concerned about their eye health and they don’t know what to expect. Is it gonna hurt? etc. I suggest that the techs take an extra minute and explain the process and what to expect before you have them put their chin in the machine. Be a little more compassionate. Be organized, don’t keep leaving the room to get things, coming back and leaving again. It doesn’t instill a lot of confidence in the patient that you know what you are doing. Plus the tech did a eye chart reading test with my husbands glasses on. He got all the letters right. The tech said «oh wow you have pretty good vision». Of course he does, he’s wearing his glasses he just got last month. Duh! Usually they have you read the chart with out glasses. If there was some reason to do it that way then EXPLAIN it. The Dr. was ok. We will not be returning here for his next evaluation that he needs in one year.
