If I could give this place less then one star I def. would. If you plan on going her plan for at least 3 – 4 hours out of your day!!! I only went here because I had no choice when I was waiting for my insurance to go through. This has been a stressful and not good experience. This has made me dread my appointments and cry almost every time I leave here. Doctors don’t even have there information straight.

We went here through my wife’s 9 months of pregnancy. We are probably 1 of thousands… we show up, wait 30 minutes to get called back and then another 30 minutes in the back. The doctors don’t really know you and have to spend 5 minutes reading your charts to familiarize themselves again.
Worst of all is after we had our baby (2 weeks ago) we get linked up the pediatricians downstairs. Wait has always been at least 1 hour. When my wife thought our baby had an infected belly button and called to make an appointment, the girl who answered the phone said «You want to come in just for that? Just use an alcohol wipe!» We insisted and she made the appointment. The doctor is always really nice and makes everything better, but the nurses seem angry and irritated at everyone. The wait is the longest we have ever experienced even with an appointment. We are looking at other locations to go to.

This OB Clinic, where I receive excellent care from the Sweet Success educators and the NST testing nurses is amazing!!! I have always been treated with kindness and caring love!!! The women who work here are truly amazing and brighten my day every time I walk into this clinic! And they are very prompted and you hardly ever have to wait no more than 10 minutes past your appointment times. I love this place and want to give a big shout out to Miss Rosie and Maria, the NST Nurses, and Sandra and Miss Gabby at the front desk!!! Keep up the great work ladies! I will miss you after I have little Brandon! :)
