this has got to be the worst experience i’ve ever had. this office is so unprofessional it’s a real shame. i wait 3 hrs for my son to see the dr. and dr. goodman has the nerve to write a prescription for over the counter cough medicine! !! wth??? really! what a complete waste of time.. unbelievable! and the dr. on call after hours is a joke. the pharmacy called to request they change the prescription and he says he’s not comfortable changing the prescription because he didn’t treat him… what a joke to have an after hours dr who suppose to take calls yet can’t make a reasonable medical decision. i’m switching dr. offices asap. …NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORNING TO SEE IF ANOTHER DR CAN CHANGE THE ANTIBIOTICS AND COUGH MEDS AGAIN. …THIS IS SUPER FRUSTRATING WHEN I HAVE A SICK CHILD IN NEED!!!

Its a fkn shame how they treat walk-​in patients. Since the name changed from universal care to the children’s clinic it’s been hell. I brought my son here on Friday 6÷20÷14 for a pink eye but the doctor only prescribed eye drop for irritation & dryness. Well here it is MONDAY morning and I’m back, the drops has his eyes turning red and alot of crust around his eyes. Here goes my Monday here at this 2hour wait in the lobby, to 30 minutes in the room to see the damn doctor.

Dr. Goodman should be called Dr. Badman
And his assistant should be called 007 (license to kill)
My son has been going to Universal care since he was born
But a few years ago Ryan Kaneko (AWESOME) was replaced with
DR BADMAN!!!
you have to wait forever to see him, his assistant consults with google before confirming your diagnoses and the Doc just dont know what he is talking about he speaks laid man’s laid man terms! He would make a great baby sitter though.
